Clean house, great location, awesome amenities

This was my first time renting a house for a getaway. It was so easy and the hosts of the property were very attentive. The house was clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a weekend fishing trip!

The property exceeded expectations

I never stayed here. The reservation was meant to be for 2026. I alerted the host immediately there was an error and we were not planning this for 2025; just wanted to switch it to 2026. Only got a 200 refund for over 1000 spent. Stingy hosts—-considering house was not booked 3 days prior.

House was exactly as stated and had just enough of everything we needed. Perfect location, especially for biking as the bike path is just steps away and accessible without leaving the neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location. Walk to coffee/pastries and bike to the bay. Use the outdoor shower and half bath downstairs like a full bath (don’t let the 1 full bath deter you, we loved the outdoor shower)! Fully stocked kitchen. Super clean. Thanks for having us!

Great long weekend! Close to bay, beach, bike trails, ferry terminal and shops. Comfortable beds in cool rooms.

Incredibly well kept and clean property, very centrally located to the town area. The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, the house directions were super helpful and clear, and our stay was excellent. Look forward to staying there again as soon as we can!

This home was in a perfect location. Minutes to pretty much everything. Very clean and cozy. Originally we only planned on staying 5 days to spend Thanksgiving with my parents, but during that time we had a family emergency which required us to extend our stay for 3 months. The owner and management team opened their hearts to us and allowed us to rent the property for the length of time that we needed. I can't say enough good things about this property as well as the management. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

We stayed for a long weekend in February. Very much the off season. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the house has quite a bit of space for a 2 bedroom rental. It was a cold winter weekend. The HVAC did an excellent job keep the house at a comfortable temperature. The house is 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area of Lewes. Great location.

Hello, We were very impressed with this property. Everything was clean & easy to use. There was more living space than we expected. The outdoor shower was a great help after getting hit by some waves at the ocean. The kitchen was well set-up. We would highly recommend this property for future vacationers. Thank you so much!

House is impeccably clean and cozy. Beautiful time of year. Lovely bike path near property Georgetown-Lewes trail. Love Cape Henlopen state park bike and hike. Ate at the Station at Kings cute cafe and got take out for dinner, excellent food and adorable store right near property.

I have stayed at this home multiple occasions and always come back. The house is prefect and has everything that is needed so there is minimal things to bring. The location is what makes this house special, I can park and then walk and bike to everything. There is a small marker (Lloyd's) up the street, a great coffee and eatery, brewery all within a 5-10 minute walk. Great place and I will continue to stay here.

This home is in a great location, close to all the fun places to visit - restaurants, shopping, mini golf, beaches and other attractions. Nicely furnished and clean with 2 big bedrooms and a nice private back yard.
