Featuring a big and bright open plan kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and containing all you need to cook up a storm in no time, and 2 separate bbqs to enjoy outdoor cooking on the private decking.

This property sleeps 8 guests comfortably!

There are 2 separate living area's, one just for the kids downstairs with very comfortable couches, a flat screen tv, dvd, and vcr and a split system for heating and cooling. Upstairs is perfect for the adults featuring a romantic enclosed fire place surrounded by cosy lounges and ceiling fans to cool you if needed. The upstairs living area also leads out onto a beautiful balcony where you can sit quietly taking in the views of the San Remo bridge and Cape Woolamai Beach.

The master bedroom with the queen sized bed is located upstairs too, featuring a dual access ensuite with a relaxing spa bath, an overhead shower, basin and toilet and even access to the balcony.

The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single up top) and trundle bed, the other with a tri bunk. Downstairs also has a full bathroom and laundry with an additional toilet in the laundry.

Located in a well sought after quiet location in Cape Woolamai, you will not be disappointed with this lovely home!

    This place suited us as it's in a great location - a short walk to Cape Woolamai Beach which is beautiful and a short car ride to Anzacs Beach for the surf. The design of the home and the layout seems to be an after thought - totally awkward it didn't take advantage of potential views - but it ticked the boxes for us for our gettaway - great price and close to nice beaches.

    Our opinions of rental. Large house probably better suited to large family. It was reasonably clean inside but windows were extremely dirty. Beware conditions imposed by O'Brien's real estate. I would ask to see them before booking. Very onerous in my opinion and they expect your credit card details in case they need to charge you for anything they deem breached their conditions. I think the conditions more suited to long term rental. Also, allow an extra half hour driving to pick up keys from agent and again when dropping them off. Cowes is 15 minutes away from Cape Woolamai. I also noted they have a key safe of porch but obviously don't want to use it . Also, they have a fireplace and nowhere could we find wood on the property so you need to bring your own. We enjoyed the fire and firm bed upstairs. Plenty of space inside and outside for kids Cooling and heating could be an issue in extreme temp months as there is one reverse cycle air conditioner downstairs.

    This house is in a great location, in a quiet street. Our two families had plenty of room and the kids enjoyed the yard. Short walk to the beach. The house could have been cleaner, seems it was locked up for some time before our arrival.
