The Beach House - Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp

2nd time staying at this property and it’s such a great location!

We had a great stay. All the amenities were as listed. Our 2 and a half year old had plenty of toys and games to choose from. Beds were comfortable and the property is in a great location. Everything was made easy, as it should be on a holiday!

We had the most amazing stay at The Beach House! The home was beautifully styled, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located just up the road from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending slow mornings on the deck was pure bliss. The hosts were thoughtful and everything we needed was right there. A dreamy coastal escape we won’t forget and can’t wait to come back!

We have a lovely stay in The Beach House. The location is wonderful, just a short stroll to the beach, where there's a lovely little playground for children. There is also a nice flat path that brings you into the main center of Dunsburough. The house is very well equipped, with a full kitchen. The outdoor dining area is stunning, though we didn't visit in the season to make proper use of it. The lovely woodburning stove more than made up for this, creating a very cosy atmosphere for the evenings. The various games, puzzles and toys also provided entertainment for our children. We'd a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Greatv location. I thought it could do with a split system air conditioner in the lounge room. The house was lovely, plenty of room inside and out the back. Pets were allowed which was great however a gate would be wonderful as it would be contained. I loved staying there and the location is amazing.

Lovely house and perfect location

We had five adults staying for three nights. We were in town for a family wedding. The kitchen/living and deck was gorgeous and very comfortable.

Short walk to beautiful swimming beaches.Lovely outdoor dining area and homely touches in living room.

Location was amazing however cleanliness of property was not great and construction happening the whole way down the street meant we had a constant flow of trades people comint and going. Skip bin at house next door was overflowing with rubbish. We had trades measuring fence lines in our driveway and 2 gentleman installing retic at the rear of the property. Just a bit disruptive overall.

What a delightful old but beautifully refurbished beach house near old jetty Dunsborough. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted.. spacious open doors and balcony, pet friendly, spotlessly clean, open fresh plan. Stone throw to the foreshore, coffee van and beach.. good half hour walk along the bay into town, so being good walkers helps! Didn’t get in the car once.. would thoroughly recommend, and hope to get this delightful quintessential home again..

Had a wonderful relaxing getaway with the family. Location is perfect for beachcombing, walks and launching the boat. Will book again.

I had an amazing stay with my two boys 7&9. Perfect location for them to walk safely to beach and get a little bit of independence. . House was functional and basic in style and met our needs. A little bit more love could be done in styling in some of the rooms. I enjoy cooking on holidays and found some of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and deeper bowls for cereal/ soups lacking. I would happily stay here again and would give an extra star for a bit more extra attention on the overall feel.

We all loved our stay here and especially enjoyed our sunrise beach walks only 100m down the road. Clean property and good sized living area and main bedroom. Deck out the front was also a great place to sit. Would love to come back again soon.
