Beautiful and stylish house. Very spacious. Gorgeous views of the bay.

The host was very welcoming. The house is beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. It's close enough to Traverse City downtown, but far enough that you don't feel like you're bombarded with people and traffic. The view of the bay was gorgeous. Tammy was very nice and provided lots of information about things to do in the area and the best places to find food. We'd definitely visit this wonderful house and area again!

This was an extremely pleasant stay. Tammy has thought of everything that a family with kids would need and we were impressed with the amenities accordingly. The place was also spotless. Best of all, the bay view from the living room window was really enjoyable.

Property was everything we expected and more!! Location was awesome with a great view and right by downtown Traverse City. My wife, parents and baby stayed for a weekend and was perfect! Very organized and the host was helpful with her messages and notes at the house. Would definitely recommend.

Lake view across the road, beautiful sunrise. Quiet neighborhood aside from road. Not as busy of a road as I expected though.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was apparent the host focused on guest comfort and fun (clean, ping pong in the basement, lovely festive backyard). The home is on a highway but positives override this as a concern. The lake is across the road, one and a half baths work very well, and the large garage keeps bikes and cars safe and dry, as well as making loading and unloading easier. I am a big fan of the glass touches throughout the home, especially the glass doorknobs. The host seemed very accessible. Good central location between Traverse City, bike trails, and further north.

Have stayed at this location multiple times…love the location, house with all the extras that the host provides. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend staying at this Bay View home! My sis and I spent two nights and it was perfect....in location, cleanliness, communication, just everything! Saw faint Northern Lights one evening from the front porch and lawn! We will definitely be back. Nothing but positives here.

The lake view was stunning but the home was also so beautiful inside. Tasteful decor and many extras to make us comfortable! There was even wood in the fire pit put back!

The house and property were beautiful. Tammy was an excellent host. Our only issue was the pillows provided. They were all very thin and not the most comfortable so we did not sleep our best there.

We enjoyed staying at Tammy’s place and the views of Grand Traverse Bay. Despite the winter weather, her home was very cozy and we enjoyed sitting in front of the warm fireplace. We appreciate how clean and organized her home was, and the thoughtful touches in her home. Our children enjoyed the games and books as well. We hope to be back again soon!

Well appointed with everything we needed and loved the fireplace in the living room! Didn't get to enjoy the back yard as it rained most of the time we were there but it looked lovely.

Beautiful home with a lake view. Well stocked kitchen which worked well for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The gas logs gave a great atmosphere as we watched the snow fall outside.

Beautiful view especially at sunrise! SO much to do--quick 5 minute drive into downtown Traverse. I loved the binder in the house that had anything you could want to know! Nicely decorated and clean. Only thing I was a little surprised by was the road noise--but I shouldn't have been-it is right on M-22 just north of Traverse. Beds were super comfy but if you aren't used to traffic some white noise would be helpful! Wish we could have used the back yard it was super cute. We were too busy eating at great restaurants, visiting wineries, shopping and trails all close by! Tammy was a great host--it was easy top operate everything in the house with her written directions.

We have stayed at Tammy's property several times now and it is always a great experience.

Great location to do the Old Mission and Leelanau Wine Trails. Amazing views of the sunrise on West Bay. This house is spotless! The only house I have ever rented where you can park your car in the garage.

The house was cute and super clean. My two favorite things were that it was meticulously maintained abd there were two equivalent size bedrooms. Since I was travelling with a friend it's always nice when both bedrooms are nice. Host was super communicative and have a little welcome note that was so sweet. Only complaint is that house is on a pretty busy street and it was hard to identify house especially in the dark would love to see light up numbers or like a wooden spinner in yard or something so keep your eyes glued to the gps and be ready to turn in at a seconds notice!

Properties hosted by Tammy are the best…always clean, well furnished and her communication is excellent.

Absolutely great property with a great view!!

If I could give this home 100 stars - I would!! The home was absolutely perfect!! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived - the house was spotless. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It has a fire pit and a grill. There is even ping pong in the basement. The house is so well decorated - I think we spent the 1st hour walking around looking at all the decor!!! Tammy was an awesome host and extremely quick to respond. Everything was perfect!! We are recommending it to all our friends!! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Tammy for the best stay we have ever had in TC. We will be back!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming little house! Ideal for two couples, it was spacious, clean, and cozy. The well-equipped kitchen and great location near downtown and local attractions made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable--a home away from home! Host, Tammy, has put a lot of thought/effort into her place.

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at one of Tammy's houses during our annual trip to Traverse City, and it was a great experience again. The house is nicely appointed with mid-century modern decor, and has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, and hanging out on the adirondack chairs in the front yard looking out at the bay. Tammy is very helpful when needed, and I highly recommend her properties as a home base for your trip to the Traverse City area.

We could not have found a better place! Though it's true you cannot easily access the beach that is just right across the street, this house is so conveniently located with plenty of access points within a couple minutes drive. Perfectly central location for visiting traverse city, northport, and sleeping bear dunes. The house itself is so cute and clean! The basement is not pictured, but it's mostly finished with a ping pong table and other fun games. Tammy, the host, is so thoughtful and is easy to reach should you need anything (though odds are you won't because she's thought of every detail already)! This was our first little family vaca with our 18month old and every thoughtful touch, making it as smooth as possible, did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be staying here each trip to come.
