Great location on quiet side street

Everything you could hope for! Spotlessly clean, really well-stocked kitchen and baths, beautiful bathrooms (showers were great), lovely covered patio, close to pubs and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and responded immediately to my queries. It was a terrific experience. Will totally book here again if I’m in Scottsdale.

The house was beautiful, clean and well with stocked with everything we needed. Loved all the information about Scottsdale and Phoenix brochures and maps were super helpful. Would highly recommend these accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avenue. The location was a quick walk to the canal walking path, restaurants and old town stores. Justin was an excellent host who stocked extra supplies for our extended stay. They were so thoughtful and left us some drinks, coffee and snacks. We felt safe and very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and taking walks on the canal. I came to Phoenix for surgery at Mayo Clinic and needed a place to recuperate. The beds and couches with the chaise loungers were very comfortable and made my recovery pleasant. I highly recommend the Avenue and would stay there again.

There were four of us. This is a deceptively large house with two living rooms. We were attending an event at the Valley Ho hotel and we couldn't have been closer!

This Old Town Scottsdale rental was a gem! The location was unbeatable—perfectly situated for spring training fans like us and just a quick hop from the airport. The house was roomy and welcoming, with comfy beds that made every night restful. The kitchen had everything we needed, fully stocked with cookware for easy meals. We were dying to hang out in the backyard, but the weather was a little too cool to enjoy it. Still, it’s a great setup.

We were very pleased with the property. The outdoor area was very nice with adequate seating for extended family. I would rent again once the house being built across the street is complete.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the outside space and being able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale and bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was centrally located. The host provided information for our likes and interest. The host was responsive toAny needs through text. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make great meals and relax on the patio for quality family time. If you are ever in Scottsdale the Avenue is a definite yes for a stay in the Phoenix area.

This is a wonderful property, including a beautiful private back yard where we enjoyed late afternoon sun while drinking good wine. The location couldn't have been better: quick to get to from the airport and close enough to walk to the great restaurants in Old Scottsdale! The host was generous with his recommendations in the area. I hope this property is available for our future trips!

Our stay was great. Christmas on the Avenue was just lovely. The place was decorated nicely, and there was even a decorated tree! Also, decorations were left for us to make and put on the tree! My family and I loved the space, so many seating options! The backyard was just perfect for hanging out. We even ate Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner outside! The propane heater and grill were definitely a plus! It is within walking distance of Old Town, the canal and many bars, stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and left a great variety of snacks for us! Overall a great place to stay!

We are so thankful to have rented this beautiful home to celebrate Christmas and our daughter’s graduation from ASU! Everything was absolutely perfect! The home was cozy and clean and very spacious. Beautifully decorated with many extra touches that really went a long way including a Christmas tree! Thank you!!
