Mid-Term Guest Policy:
For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:
Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.
Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
