If you need to park during these hours, you must request overnight parking permission, which can be done via the city`s online portal. However, no parking permissions are granted during declared snow emergencies. Free on-site parking is available, but if guests require street parking, they should apply for overnight permission ahead of time​

Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.

Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
