The Atlantic House: 5BR Beach House Sleeps 12

This was the CLEANEST VRBO I ever had the pleasure of visiting!! The owners are kind, caring, and honest, no surprises. They allowed early check-in, which was a lifesaver after some family members had a very long drive. Everyone enjoyed the awesome area, and although chilly, we were happy and cozy indoors! Beautifully decorated beach home! Great for our big family- young adults downstairs and seasoned adults upstairs! Worked out perfectly for us! Will definitely rent again when in the area!! Highly recommend!

The house was stylishly decorated with modern appliances. The bed mattress were comfortable. There was plenty of common space for us to gather. Check in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact our host because they provided detailed instructions for our stay. The stove burner that was broken in a previous review still hadn't been repaired. Since we were able to use both kitchens, it wasn't a problem. There was a hurricane the week before our stay and the closest beach access was damaged. We were able to walk down the street to access the beach. The staircase outside the house is the only way to get to the upstairs unit. If we had small children it would have been disappointing, but for our group it was fine. It was an excellent stay for adults.

Great location! Large house with plenty of room for our weekend family getaway. Lots to do in the area.

We have been coming to this home for last 4 years and were disappointed this year. The toilet downstairs did not work and required manual work to get water flowing after each use. There was some kind of bed bugs in master on the second floor that made bed unusable. The toilet on second floor had issues as well. Closet in second floor bedroom was not working. This will most likely be our last stay here. We appreciate our time but there are things that need to be tended to at the house.

We put together four dads and sons. Our boys were playing in Sanford and after staying in Sanford and playing one game a day we wanted to have activities for the boys. I encourage baseball families to look at this as an option. It was so much more enjoyable. Our boys loved it. This location has great access to the beach and restaurants - you really get to experience the “old” Florida. NSB is great and this house lets you enjoy everything about it

The house and location were amazing! We had plenty of room for our group and everything we needed. The house was clean and beautiful. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels, too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time. They have everything you need to enjoy a great stay. This house is in a great location to the beach, just a few steps away. Beds were comfortable for everyone’s stay. I loved the table in the back to have lunch with the family.

Only two things you may need to look into . One is the stove downstairs left front burner did not work Second found a long dark hair in the king size bed downstairs . Besides that it was great place and very control the beach

The property was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect and just what we were looking for. Close enough to Flagler Ave for a short drive but far enough the beaches were less busy. Thrilled with the property and our experience!

Loved the location of the property - so close to the beach with easy access! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units which gave us plenty of space and the accommodations were very nice. Great outdoor spaces and beach chairs, towels, etc were available to use. Property is also an easy drive to all the wonderful restaurants of NSB. Highly recommend!

Our bachelorette group had an amazing stay at this VRBO in New Smyrna Beach! The house was perfectly spacious and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved enjoying a private chef dinner at the house on Friday—it made for such a special and memorable evening. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable getaway!

We were so happy to find such a beautiful place that could accomodate our growing family! It was especially nice to have space on the back patio with shade to eat all together.

Great location steps to the beach & just past where there is vehicle parking/driving on the beach, so you have access to beach without sharing with vehicles - so nice, but also only 1 block from access to beach access if you would like to drive and park on the beach. Easy access to town with car or if you don’t mind walking a bit. Great patio/outdoor space for grilling. Plenty of easy access parking. Comfy beds.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation! We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach, and the separated units were great with the different ages! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was perfect and helped create memories!

All 8 of us golfing friends thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Location is excellent and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The interior design was excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable for all. We might make this an annual event.
