Summary:
This beloved family home, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Victorian just half a block from Forsyth Park, dates all the way back to the turn of the 20th century. This is revealed by its double porches, gorgeous original hardwood floors, high ceilings, pronounced trim and unique fireplaces. When you walk in, you are immediately hit by a wave of elegance and grandiosity that will have you head over heels.

The Space:
Covered from head to toe in original artwork, much of which is actually produced by the owner and her family, you will feel as though you’re strolling through a private art gallery. Just pour a Merlot, and let your curiosity and imagination run wild as you admire all the little details. The living room is the perfect place to relax and entertain your guests with plenty of comfy seating, a smart TV and lots of coffee table space to gather ‘round and play some cards. Settle in to the azure blue Chatsworth Room, the owner’s interpretation of an English “snug”, for an evening of conversation and cocktails beneath the soothing glow of pierced metal lanterns. Let the conversation spill into the open dining room and kitchen as you enjoy the large formal dining table surrounded by authentic Louis Ghost Chairs, or perch on a stool at the spacious, Carrara marble bar. The sleek kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, with ample counter space and everything you need to show off your culinary and mixology skills to the group as you whip up some hand-crafted nibbles and drinks before heading out for the night. After all the fun, head upstairs to one of the three exceedingly comfortable bedrooms. Blissfully unwind in the delightful master suite, where you’ll find a sumptuous king bed, and an extravagant marble bathroom with both a rain shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom, a sublimely bright and cheerful room, has a diamond-tufted king bed and shares a hall bath with the third bedroom, an enchanting room with another, wonderfully cozy king bed. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling boutique closets, so if you like to have plenty of outfit choices for the day, we’ve got you covered.

Guest Access:
You have this stunning home all to yourself! You may access the front porch, upper balcony and rear courtyard at your leisure. We do want to reiterate that this is a residential neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. If you're having that late-night cocktail outside, we just ask that you keep to a reasonable volume and head in if you're hit with that sudden interest to sing karaoke! :) Parking is free on the street. Please just be sure to read signs before parking overnight as there are street sweepers that come twice a week.

The Neighborhood:
Being just a 1 minute walk to Forsyth Park, you really can't beat this location. It's plenty quiet enough at night to get a good night's sleep, yet close enough to everything that Savannah has to offer. Enjoy a quick stroll through the park and check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from 9-12. We're just a few blocks away from some of the best local restaurants and shops in town. Local 11ten, Betty Bombers, Sentient Bean, Black Rabbit and Cuban Window Cafe are all less than a ten minute walk from the house. Check out our favorite natural food store, Brighter Day, just at the top of the park where you can pick up all of your groceries for the week. We're roughly a mile from City Market, River Street and Bay Street, where all of the action is!

Getting Around:
Aside from being able to walk everywhere, we have a FREE trolley bus that takes you up and down the historic district called the DOT shuttle. There's a pickup stop just two blocks away. Another FREE option is The Downtowner, which is essentially a Savannah-run uber that runs 10am-midnight 7 days a week. Of course, Uber/Lyft is always a good option to pop around downtown especially late at night, when some of the other options are limited.

Other Things to Note:
This is a residential neighborhood and we have great relationships with out neighbors, so beg of you to be respectful with your noise levels especially late at night. The City's noise ordinance is from 9pm-8am so if you do plan on having a few extra cocktails on the porch, we just ask that you use your inside voices :)

Interaction with Guests:
We are available via phone Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday & Sunday from 10am-7pm. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Loved being able to enjoy Forsyth Park - just a block away. Also close to shops and many restaurants. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure we had every thing we needed. Thanks for a great stay in Savannah.

As the maid of honor and sister of the bride, I couldn’t have imagined a better spot for such an important week. This house set the stage for both the bachelorette party and all the wedding-week chaos—in the best way possible. It had plenty of room for us to celebrate, get ready, and actually enjoy the moments without stressing. The location was the cherry on top: we walked to the park for fresh air, grabbed coffee runs together, and could stock up at the grocery store in minutes. The hosts went above and beyond, checking in and making sure everything about our trip was perfect. They were so accommodating and thoughtful, which made the whole experience that much smoother. We’re so thankful for them and for this space—it truly made the week unforgettable!

This house was perfect for a stay with family ranging from 25-80. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities we needed. It is well located next to Forsyth Park and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, historic sights and museums. We would stay here again!

If you like an old Victorian home with steep stairs and slightly dusty furniture, this place is for you. My first impression was careworn. The porch needs a new coat of paint and would've loved to spend more time on it but there was construction across the street (or is it an alley?). Didn't make it to the 2nd floor porch swing as you had to access through a window in the master bedroom. Also, if you like your room cool at night, the thermostat upstairs is set at 69 and can't be changed. The one downstairs works okay.Kind managers - we needed a regular coffee pot (Keurig was only thing there when we arrived) and they brought us one right away, that was much appreciated. When looking for silverware, there's a hidden drawer within a drawer to the left of the sink. The shower head in the master bath was nice, not so much the one in the shared bath. A big ticket price for a home that has seen better days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was luxurious and yet inviting and comfortable. We walked just about everywhere, including the grocery store. Chase was super responsive and very kind upon our arrival. There are accommodations downstairs if you have a family member who doesn’t do well with stairs. To sum it up, I was asked if we could make this a new tradition for the family! Highly recommend.

Truly a beautiful accommodation. We loved the location and it met all of our needs. When we had questions, our hosts responded quickly. Their restaurant recommendations were incredibly on point (Local 11 Ten) and was just what we needed. The farmers market at Forsyth Park was fun to walk through on a sunny Saturday morning. Would absolutely stay there again.Thank you!

Everyone arrived separately for the most part and each reaction was “WOW!” This house was STUNNING inside and out let’s get that out of the way! If you’re looking for a place to have nice porch sits, look no further (we loved our morning coffee especially out there). This is a large Victorian home right on Forsyth Park and I can’t recommend this place enough for your Savannah getaway. There are historical items all over the house so it was perfect for what we imagined an home in this city to be like! It was the perfect size for our group and really made our visit enchanting. The hosts were really accommodating and you can tell they really care about the home.

It was a lovely home. It was well thought out and beautifully decorated. It did get a bit warm in the heat of the day. The AC unit struggled a bit to keep up. However it was July and very hot. I loved the location! We made many wonderful memories with our family!!
