The Art House

House was very clean had everything we needed and more.

Owner replies quickly. Property was good and as expected! Property was spacious, pool was nice and the property worked out well for us. Some very little things could be improved such as cleaning on the walls by bathroom trash, some paint touched up in areas, some trim pieces missing, one of the bedroom window locks is broken so the window doesn't lock, beds are rather firm in all rooms except master bedroom, but this is just personal preference. Very nice that toilet paper and kleenex was provided. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again!

Home was clean and well equipped. The art and deco brought wonderful conversations. Location excellent. A grocery store, gas station, and several local eateries nearby. The host provided specific instructions that were easy to follow. Very polite and helpful. Thank you for sharing your property! Will stay here again.

The house was lovely, conveniently located for everything our family had planned. Our grandkids loved the pool and we swam every afternoon.

The ART house checked all the boxes for a well cleaned rental. We stay at many rentals for comparison. No cobwebs etc around pool furniture, roofing etc, clean pool waterlines, clean pool toys, the grill was clean (a big one overlooked), and interior was well maintained. Communication prior to and during stay was responded to promptly with owner. Our family enjoyed spring break here and we will definitely be back to this rental.

Everything about this house was wonderful! Super spacious, clean, lots of little things that made it even more enjoyable such as a chess board, ping-pong table, games, etc. The pool was a great addition, but we didn’t use it as often as we thought we would. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. And Eduardo was always prompt if we had a question.

The house was as described, the outdoor area was really conducive to good conversations and relaxation. The pool is beautiful, but it was very cold, I got in but none of my adult daughters did more than dangle their feet. Eduardo was great, came over and turned the heat on (the pool guy forgot) as soon as I mentioned. But it was too late to warm up enough. I would stay here again, great value, great location. ,clean, wonderful appliances and new showers.

The Art House is a great place to stay. The owner takes pride in his property. He is attentive to your needs and communicate in a timely manner. Lots of amenities and extras. Games provided for the whole family.

It felt like a mini resort. The backyard is an oasis.

Overall amazing stay! Place was clean, pool was awesome, cute outside bar area. Perfect amount of space for all of us. The only thing I would say would to be bring your own blankets! The house got nice and cold but beds only had thin quilts. Other than that 5 star stay!

Very nice clean, and spacious.

The art house was the perfect place for My family to spend the weekend. Both and Family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes that we needed. The pool was amazing with plenty of seating around it. The host were very proactive, and took care of everything we needed.

Loved that the pool was so refreshing. We went swimming at all times of day and early evening. Besides visiting family in nearby Scottsdale, we were able to go to the Odysea Aquarium, Legoland and Arizona Science Center.We also found the highly recommended Taqueria Obson in Guadalupe only 2 miles from the Art House.

I highly recommend this place. They are an incredible host- and an amazing house! Easy to get in and out. Great location, wonderful neighborhood. If I had any questions they were answered right away. We would stay here again - definitely a great place!

The house was so incredibly comfortable! There were so many extras! Games, floaties, a griddle, a grill! Our flight got changed to earlier and they even helped us check in earlier! We loved the pool and the hiking area

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Especially loved the gated area to the pool so we could feel safe with toddlers. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Kids toys and high chair were an added bonus. Lovely park a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home, very clean and nice area to stay at.

We loved our stay. The house was great - exactly as described. We'd certainly come back! The pool was cold, but we visited in winter. In the summer months it would have been fantastic. Very well stocked - plenty of towels, kitchen, bbq grill nice and large.

Everything was perfect! Spacious house and pool area, everything convenient, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We spent the majority of our time at the house and enjoyed every minute!

The time my technicians stayed was stated as enjoyable. The job was completed early and I got to use it for the weekend. It was amazing and felt very welcoming. I will definitely be requesting another stay in the near future.
