Great house in a great location - clean, quiet, and beautiful view from the deck!

Great house with lots of space to do things. Both frigs were broken as was a toilet seat. All got fixed while we were there. 1 bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms. Three downstairs (2 showers and half bath) for one bedroom.

Beautiful large home with updated kitchen. Lovely rear porch and amazing yard. The garage was a nice amenity. The host was super. Very communicative and helpful. Fresh flowers throughout the home and snacks in the kitchen. It was a perfect location for our events in West Monroe and Monroe. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious home with a great setup for large groups.

We were traveling for a baseball tournament and loved this property! Check-in was super easy, there was plenty of room and it was convenient to so many places to eat and activities. Shawn was a wonderful host! He was very responsive, left sweet touches and made us feel right at home! We would definitely stay again!

Shawn was amazing to work with start to finish. The home is so full of charm. I love that she has preserved many of the original fixtures and features. From the front door to the back patio, everything was beautiful. Her little touches like fresh flowers, chocolates and snacks are the perfect welcoming touch! If we are ever back in West Monroe, we will stay again! Thank you Shawn for opening your home to us!

My family and I were in town because our daughter was competing for Miss Louisiana. The house was lovely with all of Shawn’s thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, snacks, and even a gift for our daughter who was competing! Great Southern Hospitality and a beautiful environment to retreat to after each night of competition!! We even saw a deer one morning in the wooded area near the back patio which is a treat as well! Absolutely wonderful stay that my entire family enjoyed!! Thanks so much Shawn and Chris!!

We were in town for a sports tournament and stayed here with close friends. The house was very spacious and accommodating. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that arose promptly. I would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves back in West Monroe.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to downtown. Our host thought of so many wonderful touches! Fresh flowers throughout the house, chocolates by each bed and relaxing music playing when we got there. We will definitely stay again.

This was a lovely home we all really enjoyed! Fresh flowers and chocolates beside our beds greeted us! My family of 5 did not want to leave and will be back to stay right here when we come back to the area again!

Our family spent the weekend before New Years together- visiting our newborn granddaughter and her parents. Cozy and nicely decorated. Lovely and private wooded back yard! Shawn was a friendly and helpful host!
