The Aria - 4BR/3BA Oasis with Heated Pool, Spa & Fun Games

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was lovely. Great backyard (we swam and used the hot tub and I improved my putting on the cool putting green with breaks). Location was great to restaurants and old town. Highly recommended.

The host answered messages quickly. The house decor was very nice. Having 2 master suites was very nice. I would stay here again!

Property, Location, and Communication all exceeded expectations.

There are many things about the home and amenities that were not as advertised. The home is poorly maintained and is very worn in all aspects. Carpet and rugs are stained and filthy. Bathtub and bath disturbed not in good working order. Also severely water spot stained and bathtub (hall)!was stained. Hot tub has a filthy ring around it and we Pulled a huge hairball out of it. Pool was cloudy even though it was warm it clearly doesn’t work properly and chemicals weren’t checked once while we were there for 8 days. There are weeds all over the back yard. Ice maker is broken so we had to make ice and purchase our own ice. Purchased our own cleaning supplies for toilets as they had a mold ring. All the beds in the secondary bedrooms squeaked very badly and headboards aren’t even attached to the bed or walls. Hardly any cooking dish ware or glassware. For example only 3 stemmed wine glasses. No cheese grater.

Pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing and there’s tons room.

It was a great stay.I would 110% recommend and would stay there anytime I visit. Very clean-- the pictures are exactly how it looks in person.Its a very well cared for property.

Check-in was easy and instructions were provided ahead of time as promised. The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials, which was helpful. The location of the property was convenient to the mall as well as a variety of food places. The listing photos is exactly what the property looks like.While I appreciate the open communication from the host, I wasn’t expecting to hear from them everyday of my stay. Then on the 3rd day the property manager shows up saying they needed to check the AC. A notice was sent to me shortly before the person arrived, but I’m on vacation so I’m not checking notifications from the property manger regarding a pop up. The other piece of that is, I didn’t understand why the AC wasn’t checked prior to our arrival if it was truly needed. The fan in the primary bathroom put off an odor when I initially turned it on, so we didn’t use it at all. With the light and fan being on one switch we didn’t have a light. I did make them aware & also stated no need to address the issues, as it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t need anyone to come by. That didn’t work, they just found another reason to come by property. All the cabinets appeared to have some sort of water damage to them which was a little odd. Overall our stay was decent.

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughter’s birthday with friends. The location of the house was perfect. The host was very responsive.The house was beautiful and equipped with all that we needed. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

The house was spacious, exactly like to pictures. The outdoor area was fantastic. Love that they have the basics ie: shampoo, body wash etc in the bathrooms so you don't have to bring your own.

The house was clean, stocked with toiletries and decorated beautifully. We loved the pool in the evenings when it was cooler outside! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Property was just as described. We loved all the space for our family of adults. Great location.

This property is amazing and looks just like the pictures. It’s the small details! It has everything you need to feel like home away from home with a variety of luxuries. Very clean and comfortable I loved every room! Highly recommended!!!

The entire stay was fantastic. We stayed with our children and they swam literally all day long. Didn't need to go anywhere else. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Great yard. Very comfortable rooms and living space. Decor is so nice! This will be our go-to for any future stays in the area. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Very nice stay! Loved it!!

This property was a great fit for my family of 5. It is set up very nicely however for a large family. 2 master suites, one room with bunk beds that fit a total of 6 sleepers, and another room with 2 queens. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, and legit putting green!

Excellent property. Perfectly appointed and maintained. Highly recommend. We will most definitely return.

This home met our needs perfectly. Pool, hot tub and firepit were awesome. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. House was 15 mins or less from everywhere we wanted to go.

Beautiful rental in quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, attention to detail in decor and amazing outdoor space to enjoy.

The home was super clean and welcoming. Whenever we had questions the owners were quick to respond and made sure to remind us not to hesitate and reach out if we needed something else. The home was also well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I brought our son and a friend to chase field to see the giants play the diamondbacks ! It was perfect valet parking indoor stadium it was 110’ that day! Then they went to celebrate his birthday oldtown Scottsdale a few blocks from our stay here! Everything was clean . Was easy to get in the house it had everything we needed and it stayed cool the hole time ! There is a pool to chill in and a hottub was nice ! The rooms are nicely decorated we all had our own bathrooms and the rooms are nicely separated so you have your own space . Nice kitchen island to gather around as well. We cooked we went out to near by restaurants ! It’s was 112 the 3 days we stayed the house was cool the hole time it has a mini golf greens as well . The host was there every time i needed info or to communicate ! Very nice friendly no problem finding it or no one bothered us! Quiet neighborhood ! Thanks again ! 4 star
