The Americana + Long term Stay Available Now

We recently stayed here for family weekend at UC. It was about a 15 minute drive to campus and an easy Uber ride. The house was very clean and laundry on premise was very nice. Everything was comfortable and the parking in the back was easy. Communication with Kenny was very easy and he responded quickly. We would stay again. Thank you Kenny.

This unit was SO clean just as many reviews have stated. Beautifully decorated, and close to our event, this unit was everything we expected and needed. The owner responded quickly and clearly to any communications.

Nothing fancy about this apartment but, fancy is not what I needed. I needed a clean, safe and convenient place to stay that was close to the event in Cincinnati and this little apartment was all the above. Plus the owner was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks!

Clean, secure, quiet and a perfect layout for privacy with a central family space. Kenny provided very clear check-in instructions, and was available for any issues or concerns. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend Music Center, and the drive was an easy 20 minutes, with restaurants still open after the show. A great stay!

Overall, great place to stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. Great communication with the host. Neighborhood was quiet. Close distance to restaurants and a short drive to downtown.

This was a great place to stay! Nice space, very close to the city

The property was only minutes away from all the sites we wanted to see. Offstreet parking was a plus. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions without hesitation. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. Water pressure in the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. There was no stove in the kitchen but a large toaster oven and hot plate were provided. Listing stated it was an upstairs unit but, to make others aware, they are steep stairs. Laundry was in basement along with a vending machine which was a nice surprise. We were very happy with our stay and plan on staying here again next time we are in Cincy.

We enjoyed this rental in Cincinnati. It was very easy to get to/from the Great American Ballpark for our first Reds game. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little older, but we felt very comfortable at the residence. The living room was very comfortable to hang out in as a family.

Came down for a baseball tournament. Everything was amazing! The pictures were exactly accurate! Very clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to have a great trip!! Host was very speedy to respond to all messages! Great stay all the way around.

Tidy accomodations. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. A bit of a smoke smell. Parking was tight--had to back out of the driveway from the back yard. Laundry in the basement was appreciated. Very fair price.
