We fell in love with Kennebunkport! This house is in the perfect location... Just a few minutes from town. Roe was very accommodating, communicative, and professional. She was always just a text away to help with anything we needed. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl! The house is beautiful and you can tell they have spent a great deal of time with the renovations and decor. It is beautiful. And what a great location! We were able to walk everywhere in Kennebunkport, which is saying a lot considering traffic and parking can be a challenge. Roe and her team were great and very responsive. We look forward to visiting again.

The house is very nice and just as you see in the pictures. The location couldn’t be better. A few mins walk to the town and a short cycle to the beach. We loved sitting around the fire pit after dinner. Perfect for a big family holiday.

Thank you sommige for sharing this amazing property! We rented this property to stay for our sons wedding to a local Kennebunckport girl. Everything exceeded our expectations. From Ali meeting us at the beginning to saying goodbye at the end all was wonderful. Kitchen so we’ll stocked, loved the courtyard, wedding guys got dressed here and played pool in carriage house while preparing for the wedding, trolley picked them up at the house. Thank you for everything. It was perfect for our family.

The Pearl is such a beautiful home! We had 8 family members stay, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. Both the dining room table and sunroom table were big enough for all of us to sit together for meals. The carriage house was also a great spot for the family to gather, and we had so much fun playing pool! The location of the house was great too. We loved being able to walk into town, and the beach was within walking distance as well. Roe, the owner, and Ali, the concierge, were both so helpful and always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions for dining, activities, etc. We had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Stairs would be a challenge for anyone with knee or leg issues.

Well-appointed family friendly, historic vacation home within walking distance to downtown. Carriage House is a perfect entertainment center for family pool tournaments. The courtyard is a delightful place to gather, relax and reminisce.

This property is beyond perfect for a large or extended family. The location is on a quiet street that is a quick 5 minute walk to Dock Square . My husband & I plus our 3 daughters, spouses/significant others, and their 3 children (all under 3) stayed in the house for 1 week in August. The decor is fresh & tasteful; the linens & towels were plush; the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need to prepare a lovely dinner, and Roe had all the beach accessories we needed for our days at Gooch’s Beach. A big plus that we didn’t fully appreciate until we arrived was there were there not only ample bedrooms for all of us but there were also multiple separate living spaces for us to spread out when we needed some quiet time. We spent most of our time together in the magnificent kitchen, screened in porch and courtyard. We’ll have beautiful memories of the evenings spent around the fire, singing while my son-in- law played guitar. A treasure In Kennebunkport.
