The Alpine House with Hot Tub, Girdwood AK

This stylish and remodeled home is within walking distance of Alyeska Resort. The space is well-acquainted with high-end furnishings and local artwork.

The two bedrooms each boast Tempur-Pedic Mattresses, and the loft is furnished with two twin beds that can be easily converted into full beds.

The well-equipped kitchen provides an extensive assortment of appliances and gadgets to ensure our guests can cook a gourmet meal if they desire. Access to the deck is off the main livingarea and features a large hot tub and chairs for relaxing and catching glimpses of the ski runs at Alyeska Resort.

There is high-speed internet and a smart TV to relax on rainy summer days or if your legs need a break from skiing.

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by large trees and mountains. There is a coded lock for easy check-in and check-out.

Every thing in the house is accessible. There is a studio apartment downstairs that is also a vacation rental. The garage is used for storage and not part of the rental.

We live in Anchorage so rarely meet guests but we are always available by phone, text, or Airbnb messenger.

The Alpine House sits in a quiet Girdwood wooded neighborhood away from the main thoroughfare. It is approximately 1/2 mile from the resort and a short walk or drive to hiking, biking & cross-country skiing.

There are restaurants, brewery, and a small local grocery story about a mile from the home.

The closest bus stop is #6 on the map. It is about a 1/2 mile walk.

In winter months we ask guests not to park on either side of the house. Often times the roof will shed snow and could cause damage to vehicles.
