Stayed Feb 12, 2026Great location. Very clean and well appointed place to stay for ski weekend at Holiday Valley. The alpacas were a nice bonus.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024It was a nice little house for the 4 of us for the weekend. It was properly stocked with all of our needs. Very close to the village and ski hills. The online listing had check in for 3 pm. I messaged the property at 3:30 through VRBO as we weren’t send check in instructions. I didn’t hear back so I called the property management company. The cleaners were just finishing and they would email the check in details. We got that email around 3:45 pm. The honored us a later check out for the miscommunication. Other than that, everything was good.
