Stayed Oct 2, 2025We rented this property to stay at for a wedding in the neighborhood. There were 8 of us who all arrived at different times. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The property was large enough so we never felt crowded in. It has a beautiful view of the golf course and is conveniently located. Highly recommend

Stayed Aug 3, 2025The home was spacious and well appointed. The furnishings were nice and comfortable and the kitchen supplies were plentiful. There were many bikes available, and we used them every day to take advantage of the many amenities on the premises. The owner was extremely responsive and so helpful!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Family stayed here for a week and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Lots of space conducive to lots of people. The amenities of the community were amazing as well, especially for little kids. We only had 1 problem upon arrival which said more of the previous visitors and the cleaning crew: the trash bins outside were overflowing (a result of not putting the bins at the street for pickup), and we found food crumbs in some of the bathrooms and bedrooms (cleaning crew wasn't thorough enough). We don't fault the owner at all because you can only control so much. However, he went above and beyond after being notified of the issues. He also communicated very quickly and effectively, even with simple questions.All in all, we had a great time and will definitely return if we come back to the area for summer vacation.

Stayed May 10, 2025Reed is an amazing host of the most beautifully decorated home we have ever stayed in. Despite our last-minute reservation, all was perfect! The home layout is great for a large group/multi-family with the kitchen and entertaining floor located in the middle of the home. The elevator makes the whole home very accessible, especially for arrival, departure, and a bad hip. The view from every balcony is stunning, along with the decor throughout the home. Bayside is the perfect location for traveling to Rehoboth, OC, and Assateague Island. However, there are plenty of amenities and home offerings for those who want to stay within the resort area.
