We absolutely loved our stay! We plan to make this a yearly tradition and will be staying here again! It felt so homey away from home, we didn’t want to leave. Anytime I needed something, Jocelyn was quick to respond and attentive. We only have amazing things to say!

We were pleasantly surprised to see all the extra things this property offered. It really allowed the kids to play and have a great time both at the rental and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although not on the beach it is close to beach access. The host quickly answered any questions we had including restaurant recommendations. The house is modern and the deck has nice views of the marsh and channel.

Awesome home, excellent vacation!!! Swan Lake next door and behind you!!! Lots of bird watching from all 3 decks and you can also get pretty good glimpses of the ocean as well

Great stay during spring break with family and dogs! Fenced yard & hot tub are the amenities that sold us on this rental. Location is great, short walk or drive to the beach & great bay and sunset views.

The stay was perfect. The location was quiet and provided beautiful views of the bay, seabirds, and shorebirds. Just what was needed for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and sadly-too-brief vacation/family visit.

When we arrived, the refrigerator was not working properly. We contacted the owner and they were very responsive in the beginning and asked us to try a few things that did not work. We had to go that night and buy ice and wait till the next day to address the issue. We were informed that a new fridge was going to be delivered. We were at the beach with the kids and had to leave to go and meet the delivery driver. I feel that was something that should have been handled by a property manager or the owner. We waited for the delivery to arrive and be installed and then returned to the beach. After speaking with the owner before the issue, we were never contacted by them to assure everything was ok, thank us for leaving the beach to meet the driver, NOTHING! We would have appreciated some kind of contact after. I sent an email to address this after our return. After waiting 3 days we have not heard anything from them. Also, the house was pretty clean except for the floors. It seemed it had not been mopped in several weeks.

We were attending my parent’s 60th anniversary. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Grandchildren had a wonderful time at the beach and we all enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice place, well stocked, secure location. A couple of issues with cleanliness of floors and shower. Easily fixable. Would stay again! Do have to pay $15 a day for beach access till Labor Day.

Had a great long weekend at this property. Host answered questions quickly and was great. The golf cart was a great extra to add. Will come back!

We so enjoyed staying together in this cozy, quiet home at Surfside Beach. It is close to the beach and located at the end of a quiet street. I enjoyed the different birds and the breezy comfortable weather. The views are amazing!
