That Place in Prescott was absolutely perfect for our 4 day/3 night stay! Our host, Melanie, was so gracious and accommodating from answering all of my questions to providing us with suggested activities to visit in the area. This VRBO is centrally located to Whiskey Row with all of its cute shops and restaurants. Melanie's clean, convenient, cozy, cute and comfortable home made our stay at this VRBO a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Besides touring the immediate Prescott area, we visited the Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary and drove up to Jerome...the Haunted Hamburger was one of our favorite places to eat! If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will look to book That Place again!

Wonderful location, spacious house with modern kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, and a peaceful backyard patio with a shade umbrella. Our stay was flawless, and communication was excellent and prompt. We would book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay! The family friendly house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - a short walk to Whiskey Row. Communication with the owners was great and the entire check-in/check-out process was easy. We will definitely stay here again!

The check in process with front door lock coded to my phone number was a nice touch. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated the kitchen and laundry well supplied with milk, condiments and detergent. Beds were comfortable which is super important. Also thanks Melanie, for being so responsive.

Property location is convenient to Courthouse Square, Elks Theater, many restaurants. Very roomy with nice backyard/patio area. Would consider staying again!

The home was perfect for us. It was clean and the location was within walking distance to all the action.

We had a very lovely stay which included everything we needed. Super comfortable bed and a pleasant backyard. We tried so many local haunts to eat at and discovered beautiful areas to hike like Lynx lake, thumb Butte and the great little park at the end of our road.

This was a wonderful home. Central location, well decorated, lots of little extras. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, nice layout. I highly recommended staying here, and would rent again.

Very well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom house within walking distance of everything in downtown Prescott.

Very comfortable. The host was very nice. Great hotel alternative. Walking distance to Whisky row. Was so very nice to be central to the area. Comfortable bedding especially the pillows. Towels were hotel quality. Tvs in both bedrooms and living room. Easy access. Nice back patio for sitting or whatever. The kitchen was fully equipped even spices. We would definitely stay here again . We didn't want to leave.

We got married at Willow Creek and we wanted to stay in Prescott. It was fantastic and we didn't feel the need to go out due to the house is exactly what my wife and I would love to have one day.

This property needs a little TLC. Some of the floor tiles are broken in the kitchen, the cement steps outside are crumbling. It is safer to walk up the driveway than it is to use the steps. The banister on the front is rotted at the base. Sadly, this is one of the nicer rentals. Overall, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just needs a little maintenance to make the price match the quality.

That Place is one of the most comfortable places we've ever stayed. It's beautifully decorated yet feels like home, and has just about every amenity you could think of, thoughtfully supplied by the hosts.
