Nice, clean beach house. Perfect for a weekend getaway or vacation. Great location close to Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, beaches and fishing!

Went to CSB for a long weekend to relax and do some fishing. Upon arrival we located the key box and let ourselves in, the host allowed us to check in early.2 nice bedrooms, bathrooms downstairs and a loft which we didn't use. We enjoyed the porch with ceiling fans which allowed us to catch a couple of sunsets across the bay. The walk to the beach is an easy 2 minutes or so. The beach is wide and not crowded and has a little vehicle traffic which was well behind where folks sit on the beach. The location is near Salinas park which has vehicle beach access, a bay boardwalk, and pickleball courts. Its a quick drive to PSJ and about 25 minutes to Appalachicola.Next visit we plan to bring one of our dogs. The upstairs porch has a dog gate, nice.Looking forward to our next visit.

ThaKingfish was conveniently located to the beach in a small, quiet development. Everything was as advertised. Jeanie was easy to work with and even offered some restaurant recommendations. It’s a lovely place in a lovely part of the Forgotten Coast!

Our stay was awesome! House was clean and as advertised. Close proximity to the beach access and kitchen and home had all amenities we needed to for a comfortable vacation! Jeanie was amazing to work with and a wonderful hospitable host! Highly recommend this rental!

The host was amazing and the home was very clean and updated. There is a pretty good walk to the beach if you have to haul a bunch of stuff. That was really my only issue was the walk to the beach with all of our stuff in tow. Beautiful area. The home is also a duplex which I did not realize at the time of renting. We had no trouble with neighbors at all and the area was very quiet!

We had a great time! The only thing was, finding the beach entrances was a bit of a trek. We had to walk behind the house and up to the boardwalk in the next neighborhood. Everything else was perfect, though!

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was close walk to beach with boardwalk to the ocean. We took our boat and had plenty of room for parking. There was plenty of outdoor seating if you have time to sit. They had plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. The community was dog friendly and almost all residents had dogs. Easy location to get in and out of and conveniently located.

This was a perfect place to stay when you are at a property with beach access and close to the Park Launch. Nice to be able to clean your catch downstairs and rinse the days activities away and then go upstairs to eat and shower. We appreciate having the ease and comfort of a home away from home. Nice place to unwind.

Our family loved our stay here. It was the perfect size for our family, great location (15 minutes from Port St Joe and 15 minutes from the state park). We enjoyed the beach in the neighborhood but a beach wagon is a must if you have lots of beach gear since it's a 5-10 minute walk from the home. The overall place was great and the host gave us great tips about the area. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family (including a 14 and 16 year olds) and 2 close friends had a wonderful stay! Jeanie was so responsive, accommodating and a pleasure. We went scalloping for the first time and had a large boat in tow. Parking was not a problem even with a large truck and Tahoe. The location was great to access marinas and Indian Pass Restaurant within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

This beach condo is perfect for a get away to San Blas! We stayed for scallop opening weekend and it is located perfectly between downtown port st Joe and the state park on San Blas for launching a boat! Plenty of space and plenty of kitchen equipment

Me and my friends came here for a relaxing trip together. Property manager was very very friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience couldn't have been better. House was perfect for what we were looking for.

Short walk to beach and great biking area. Great restaurant just down the road about 3 miles. Recommend!

The owner was a great help in getting us detailed checkin info and very informative when it came to the area. She made sure everything was there and was exactly the way it was described. The location was nice since we were a few minutes walk to the beach and not too long of a drive to some other close little towns that had cute shops and eating. The house was clean and comfortable- We would return!

Very nice property a short walk to the beach. Host requests that you call her the day before check in for instructions and she is AMAZING! So informative regarding the area and the best restaurants!
