Stayed Jun 16, 2025We were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and shared the house with another family. We really enjoyed the home as there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was as described and everything was excellent. The neighborhood is close to the convention center and eating locations so we were able to walk and enjoy the weather. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.

Stayed May 3, 2025Everything worked only called the manager once who picked up immediately. We had never used that kinda lock before. Everything was clean.I would stay here again

Stayed Jun 11, 2024Pros: Great location very close to the convention center. Clubhouse and pool. Plenty of space on three floors. Clean. Gated. Pool entertainment was nice for the kids. Cons: The back of the house backs up to a main road and is VERY loud. Even with a fan and sound machine. By the end of the day, my kiddos didn't want to swim in the pool due to hairballs. That was a first for us. May I suggest measuring cups, at least a single spatula and luggage racks in the rooms for bags.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023We booked for a weekend trip to Universal and were pleased with the location and layout of the unit. The pool area was nice too, heated and very warm! The condo was clean and quiet and provided plenty of space for our party of 4 adults and 2 children.

Stayed Aug 31, 2023Vista Cay Resort is the perfect place for a family vacation. The unit itself was exactly as described. It was well appointed with nice decor and all the utensils one would need for family dinners. I have never stayed at a property that was cleaner than this one. The resort is very safe. The pool nice and clean. There was a DJ on the weekend that kept the kids entertained with fun games. Great atmosphere all around.
