Texas Vacation Home with GameRoom, Firepit & POOL by Fiesta Texas

Concerned we were unable to obtain needed linens for air mattress for our stay-when contacted property owner was told they were in the closet although they were not. Next day after check out property owner again sent email stating linens were in a closet but if they were we would have used them rather than calling and asking for them-maybe they should be more accessible?!? Otherwise home was clean and good location. Kids loved game room, pool towels are available. Pool is beautiful but it was way too cold last night! Multiple pillows are in home but no extra pillow cases. Neighbors have a dog that barks early in the morning...?

For the amount of money we spent we were disappointed with the way the home looked-photos were misleading. This home appeared to be a work in progress- cracked and stained ceilings in living area (listing photos don't show these defects), painting in master bathroom was unfinished(listing photos don't show these defects), the master bedroom toilet was a tight fit to sit on it bc knees toched the wall (listing photos don't show these defects). Other issues found- a broken mattress in bunk bed room and out of 4 pool sticks only 1 was useable. Despite these issues, we did enjoy the location, pool table and outdoor cornhole and fire pit.

Property was clean and there was a lot for everyone to do. We would stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, the pool and game room were great for the kids, and the beds were comfortable which isn’t always the case with rental houses. Close to an HEB & Walmart, 6 Flags & Sea World. Will stay again the next time we visit family in San Antonio.

Pool was clean and ready. Very quiet neighborhood and close to Six flags.

The property was very nice. The back yard with the pool was perfect and the outdoor furniture was a nice touch. The home its self was spacious and it had a nice game room. We didn't use it but it was nice to look at! The host was attentive when needed and over all a good experience. There were some issues. When at the pool these wasp came from under the deck about 10 of them and swarmed our shoes. We had to stomp our way to get them. And the bun beds the bottom bead was missing a pice of the base and it was really uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great time and we made great memories.

We had a great time and a pleasant stay. The house was tidy and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any messages and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything!

We reserved the place for a wedding. It was spacious for the kids and conveniently located.

Had a great stay. All the fun included here at the house. Great for entertaining.

I want to be honest without appearing to be nit-picky. The photos look better than the actual condition of the older home. On cleanliness: the couches were soiled and required us to cover it with sheets to sit on, the floors were sticky and unclean bathrooms had spider webs behind the toilets. The outdoor areas were unkempt, with leaves everywhere, making the supposedly enjoyable backyard less appealing. The linen closet also had sheets thrown in haphazardly. I raised these issues, and a few more, with the host and asked if we could break the agreement to find a more suitable home, which they agreed to but would not refund the remaining days due to the no refund policy. So we chose to stay. Regarding location, while it’s convenient, it's near a very loud bar and the highway, leading to sleepless nights from loud music and cars. On responsiveness, the host did send someone to blow leaves, but I wouldn't call it proper lawn maintenance. They offered to send cleaners again, but I declined because their cleaning standards didn't meet mine. We also experienced a power outage that affected the internet and the host was prompt in responding.Overall, not one I would recommend without a deep deep clean, new couches, and a maintenance/cleaning team that have standards

This was nice place to stay with young kids and teens. The home is older but clean. Not in a neighborhood and lots of construction going on around right now.

Our stay was great, the property was just as expected. The host was incredibly helpful & communicative. I resuscitation live the gated pool given i have a 2y/o. Oh & we LOVED the fire pits.
