As a long-time Airbnb host, I knowhow to create an unforgettable Airbnb experience for you! The TEXAS HOUSE is my newest property that just underwent a huge designer makeover. Total kitchen remodeling completed in September 2021. Everything was professionally designed for Airbnb guests. This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home has a wonderful open floor plan which allows plenty of space for large groups. I know WiFi is important to you so I have the latest Eero Pro 500 mbps mesh system. The outdoor area is simply unbelievable! Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway plus ample street parking. Everything is provided for you; all you need to bring are your clothes! Here is what you can expect:

The Huge Outdoor Area:
Lounge by the large pool and spa or relax in the covered cabana while your friends are playing games: ping pong, darts, corn-hole, and more. You would rather eat and sip on a cool beverage The covered patio with plush seating includes a fire pit and the comforts of a VIP Vegas lounge. There is a 65` 4K TV that rotates 360 degrees so you can watch your favorite team play while cooling off in the pool or put on a movie and watch it with your significant other in the spa. No Texas home is complete without a BBQ and outdoor dining, of course, so there is a large gas grill so you can prepare your Texas T-Bone steaks.

Very private heated pool:
$150 per day to heat with two day minimum. 8 person hot tub is always free! Pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay.

The living area:
A spacious open floor plan allows for a great indoor-outdoor experience. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to a dining area with seating for 12, a living room with plenty of seating and a large TV for game nights, a fireplace, 2 bar areas, and a 9` shuffleboard table. Cable TV and Alexa cover all your music needs.

The sleeping:
This home will comfortably sleep up to 17 people. Don`t want to share beds We can sleep 11 in individual beds leather couch! All furnishing, mattresses, and bedding are new and super comfy.

Other amenities:
Washer & dryer, coffee bar, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, hairdryers, and much more.

The whole home is expertly decorated by my professional designer. Photoshoots welcome - please inquire about the price.

This is an older, quiet neighborhood. We always want to be respectful of the neighbors.

We supply THREE rolls of toilet paper per restroom. If you use it all and you need more then you will need to utilize the grocery store nearby.

The basic pricing is per night based on 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. This is automatically calculated when you book for the correct number of guests.
