Summary:
No other rental in Teton Valley has an indoor sport court. The Barn does - full basketball and pickleball under its own roof, so weather never cancels the day. Upstairs: living room, full kitchen, King and Queen rooms, Teton views. Downstairs: bunk room, game lounge with kitchenette, and the court just beyond. Two acres, an 1,100 sq ft covered patio, and genuinely dark night skies in Tetonia. Grand Targhee 36 minutes, Jackson Hole about an hour. Sleeps 7. Come tired, leave restored.
The Space:
Built on 2 landscaped acres in the middle of 18 total acres ofTetonia ranch land, The Barn is a standalone three-bedroom stay with something no other rental in Teton Valley offers: a full indoor sport court under its own roof. Basketball, pickleball, and a January whiteout that changes nothing about your afternoon.

Upper level: the primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen, and a full bathroom - alongside the main living room, full kitchen, and dining.
Lower level: a bunk room with a full-over-twin bunk and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, opening straight onto the game lounge and the sport court.
Sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

NO AIR CONDITIONING
As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide.
Guest Access:
The Barn is entirely yours for your stay, including both levels, the indoor sport court, game lounge, full kitchen, downstairs kitchenette, both bathrooms, covered patio, and the grounds immediately surrounding the building.
The Barn is a special off-season offering only. During the peak winter and summer seasons, it is not available as a standalone rental and can only be booked as part of the Main House at Restoration Ranch. So if you’re looking for a chance to enjoy The Barn on its own, the off season is the time to do it.
Please note that the private pond on the property is not available for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Tetonia sits at the quiet north end of Teton Valley - farm ground, open sky, and an unbroken view of the Teton range. It's the scenery most people drive out of town to find, and here you wake up in the middle of it.
Driggs is 18 minutes south for groceries, gear, coffee, and dinner, with Grand Targhee another 18 minutes up the canyon from there. Victor is 29 minutes, and Jackson, Wyoming is just over an hour over Teton Pass.
Wildlife is part of living here - moose, deer, and the occasional bear moving through the fields at dusk. Give them plenty of distance and enjoy watching.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is essential here. Roads are county-maintained and plowed through winter, but AWD or 4WD with proper tires is strongly recommended November through April.
Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is 36 minutes away (22 miles) and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort about 1 hr 5 min (46 miles). Grand Teton National Park's Moose Entrance is 1 hr 22 min (58 miles), with quiet, uncrowded trails right here on Teton Valley's own side of the range far closer than that. Yellowstone is reachable via the West Entrance in 1 hr 39 min (85 miles) or the South Entrance in 2 hr 18 min (102 miles).
Driggs is 18 minutes away, Victor 29 minutes, Jackson 1 hr 4 min, and Teton Village 1 hr 10 min. Regional airports include Idaho Falls (1 hr 11 min), Jackson Hole (1 hr 17 min), and Bozeman (3 hr 21 min).
Other Things to Note:
This home is not pet-friendly.
Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Clean, non-marking shoes are required on the indoor sport court.
The private pond on the property is not available for guest use.
Included with your stay: STAY PROTECTION
Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free.
MOUNTAIN CLIMATE - NO AIR CONDITIONING
Teton Summit View does not have air conditioning, which is common for many homes in Teton Valley due to our historically cool mountain climate. Summer days can occasionally become quite warm, but temperatures typically drop significantly after sunset, allowing the home to cool naturally by opening the windows. We also provide fans throughout the home to help keep everyone comfortable during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We let guests enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we have a full team available 24/7 to help as needed.
