Four bedrooms offer restful relaxation, and three are equipped with their own private outdoor nooks. Wake up to the fresh Santa Fe air and the sun`s warm embrace as you sip your coffee each morning. Upon entry, the master bedroom to your right invites you with its two balconies overlooking the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It is paired with a cozy kiva fireplace for an intimate ambiance and a luxe king bed for ultimate comfort. An additional bathroom is a few steps down the hall, to the left.

Further down the hall, beyond the columned elegance of the dining and living areas, lie two queen bedrooms. One boasts an outdoor reading nook for those serene moments under the starry Santa Fe sky, while the other offers an indoor reading nook, a perfect spot to dive into a book with views of the wild New Mexican landscape, surrounded by the fresh aroma of piñon and sage. Both bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

Returning towards the entrance, past the bubbling outdoor spa, and heading downstairs, you`ll find the fourth bedroom. This peaceful space features an ensuite bathroom and dreamy queen bed, complete with an outdoor nook for those quiet moments of reflection.

No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property. If the host discovers more than 8 guests on the property, it will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

4. No Events or Parties
Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Host Verification
The host reserves the right to verify the number of guests at any time during the stay.

6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum to respect the neighboring properties.

7. Compliance
Non-compliance with these occupancy rules will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for the remaining nights.

    Our son was getting married in Santa Fe and we needed a home to spend a few days with our family ahead of the wedding. This home is beautiful. The scenery is stunning. The quiet location and beautiful views were outstanding. Check in was easy. Would 100% recommend this property.

    This is an absolutely lovely property, beautifully appointed in a stunning setting. Very well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare delicious meals. Rental staff were very responsive when we needed help with hot tub or stereo. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat.

    We absolutely loved this home. It is not only incredibly beautiful and comfortable but also has the most amazing porches and house design layout and everything you need for your stay! The master bedroom has THREE balconies, and the back curved porch has a magnificent mountain view. Well-stocked kitchen and nice touches from the management. Great, safe, lovely neighborhood too! We already want to go back!

    Beautiful, large home in wonderful condition. Space was clean and fresh on arrival. Kitchen is well-stocked and organized. Views are amazing. Hot tub is perfect. Management was responsive to all communication and proactive with any needed information. If we try hard to find a nit, it might be that the older audio system lacks bluetooth input so we had to find an aux cable for an one of our phones to play our personal music.Overall wonderful stay!

    We had a great extended weekend with friends (4 adult couples). House was a short drive from everything. House was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels and everything you'd need. Patios were amazing for early morning coffee and breakfast along with evening cocktails and firepits. Excellent communications and easy checkin/checkout process. Would stay here again

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING property! Have stayed at several VRBO’s and the “A Vacation Different” group was very attentive to our needs. The home is even better than the pictures… 4 of us had our own rooms, the amenities are as described, very well stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, hot tub, towels for hot tub, etc…. Views are amazing and location from town and hiking trails could not have been better. We arrived to find lovely flowers, a box of local chocolates (we went and bought more..), and a lovely gift book of local recipes! Each room had its own tv (we really did not use them as the views were amazing!), the hosts provide firewood, a grill, and lots of outdoor seating. I can not say enough wonderful things about this property! It is so close to town, yet when you are sitting outside you feel you are halfway up the mountains! The views are amazing… we did day trips to Bandelier, Los Alamos, Valles Caldera, & Santa Fe National Forest. This is a beautifully decorated home that is comfortable to be in. A large living room with a den adjacent to the kitchen. Lots of space to share or go off on your own for a bit. Kudos to the property managers who respond quite readily if you have any questions or needs….. Definitely would come back again!

    We loved our stay at this home. The space was perfect for the seven of us. The home is well stocked with basic necessities (toiletries, cleaning supplies, linens, etc.) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home is beautiful, has a lovely view and is close to downtown (about 10 min drive).
