Territorial Oasis 3BR/2BA centrally located in Sierra Vista

Highly recommend this property. It was stocked and the host was very responsive.

We were surprised when we walked through the front door of this property. It completely exceeded our expectations. From the cleanliness, to the decor, to the size of the home. There is literally nothing negative about this property. We will stay here again and would tell anyone to do the same. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

This place could not get any better. Perfect location! Clean! Pet friendly! There is even a fenced back yard with green grass and a patio table and chairs. The host has gone above and beyond to think of everything you could possibly need, a true home away from home. We travel all over the country a lot and I think this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Even Garage access so we could park inside every night. What a bonus. We will be back to the area and staying here again! Thanks for a great experience.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the home offers multiple places to sit and relax which help when you are traveling with multiple adults. Everything was as described and expected. I would stay here again.

Very large accommodation. Excellent appliances and very clean. Great mattresses and bedding. Much better than other locations we used in Sierra Vista.

This was a great property for our stay! It’s close to everything-groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare your favorite dish. We both slept great in the very comfy master bedroom. The back yard is a nice space to enjoy the beautiful weather we had during our stay. We’re hoping to come back to the area in a couple years & will definitely look up Denise’s property. Thank you!

One word... PERFECT! Everything! Communication, cleanliness, amenities, comfort, little extras everywhere, and a great central location to explore all things southern Arizona. Likely the most complete VRBO I've experienced. I'd rate it 100 if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Clean and enjoyable stay.

The house was beautiful and clean. Everything was well arranged and easily accessible. Beds were VERY comfortable. The host thought of everything and anything that a guest could need and provided it. One of the nicest and most pleasant home away from home stays we have had.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Sierra Vista, AZ.It is very well maintained, very clean, and a great location, quiet neighborhood. This home would be great for families also, plenty of room. The home has everything you will need for your stay.

We loved nearly everything about the property. It was exactly as advertised, and we felt completely comfortable there. Just one minor negative. All 3 of us are under six feet tall, so all the beds were difficult to get into and out of easily. Why is it necessary for all beds these days to be designed for people 6'5 or taller. I have specific mobility issues and resent having to struggle to get into bed.

Comfortable home and great location.

This is our second year of staying at the Territorial Oasis. We feel so comfortable here it's like our second home. We bring our well behaved dog and it's so nice to have the grass back yard. It's also great to have the use of the garage. We have had company a couple times and they are impressed with the spaciousness. Thanks Denise

Very comfortable and modern house in good shape. Conveniently located to gym, grocery stores, and restaurants. Short drive to many local attractions. Denise is a very good host. One of our best rentals ever.

Had everything we needed and then some!Beds were great and wonderful location to see all we wanted to see in SE Arizona.Wishing the back yard had been bigger but good enough.
