Terra Rye Home

House was nice. Check in procedure was easy. Great home away from home for the weekend. Only had a few minor issues:1) Keurig machine did not work, but house had a regular coffee pot so used that instead2) guest bathroom shower did not have pull switch in the bottom faucet to go from a bath to shower. Or we couldn't find it. So we had to use the master bathroom to shower instead. Not a big deal for us since it was just 3 of us. But could be an issue for larger families 3) the curb trash bin was not available so we had to keep trash bags in the house versus taking them outside These were reported to the owner during our stay and they were very responsive. Other issue was the property description did not disclose a pet fee and owner attempted to charge us for that after we left. Vrbo customer service helped us out.

We enjoyed the stay at this house. We were looking for something around the area and this house is really a great option. Near of places of interest. The host is nice and has the house in good condition.

This home is very spacious, comfortable, clean, and is fully equipped throughout including the kitchen. The neighborhood and street is quiet and clean, we felt very safe.

We were very happy with the location of the property, it was close enough to the things we wanted to do during our stay but far enough that it wasn't annoying to be stuck in a ton of traffic or have a lot of people around us. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was lovely. The only downside was the choices for restaurants, we had to go a bit further to find a good place with lots of seating and we still ended up waiting over an hour for a table. I would highly recommend this property, the owners were kind and very quick to respond to messages.

Wonderful home in great location.

This was our first experience with vrbo and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was a home away from home. Our biggest concern was our dog being in an unfamiliar place but she adjusted just fine. The place was just what we were looking for. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at the house for a 2nd time. Again, the place is really nice and well kept. It is very spacious with the bedrooms and entertainment room upstairs. We had a very minor issue (not owners fault) but she communicated with me immediately and worked to fix the issue very quickly - great customer service!! When we are back in San Antonio we will stay here again. Thanks again!!

The house was very clean with several recent updates. Very large living room and kitchen downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs worked great for the entire family. The host communication was excellent. We would recommend this house and we would stay again.
