Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came to this property expecting a resort style vacation. We picked it because there was a restaurant on site and an active Tennis program. It turns out either of those things happen to be true for the course of our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was simply perfect. Even the booking and the whole organization went smoothly. We arrived very late after a transatlantic flight and everything was excellently prepared. We felt right at home immediately. The on-site service was just as good. The only downside: access to the beach is not really clear. You just cross the road and you're at a wonderful beach – but access is not really regulated due to the private properties. However, there was never really a problem. The pool is accessible from this house via a small path through a mangrove forest and is just as perfect.The house is fully equipped—even with everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc.), kitchen, bathroom, etc.—we didn't miss a thing. In short: we hope and will try to come back to this house next year. We have been tourists in Florida for 20 years. We have rarely felt so comfortable.

THe on site Resturant is a plus but not for everyday eating- Sunday brunch is the best!The only complaint about cedars is that cleaning and condo maintenance gets overlooked in order to quickly turn the property around. Staff is reachable and condo amenities were sufficient.

The property is situated in the middle of Long Boat Key and it does take 15 minutes or so to get off the island should you wish to visit restaurants and shop. However there are a fair few restaurants/select shops on Long Boat Key, but some are quite pricey. The only downside to this property is some noise from traffic as the road is fairly close by, but this noise was only noticeable first thing in the morning whilst you were in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a great vacation.

a beautiful property well kept and clean, the location was excellent and very convenient to beach, great restaurants - only a short drive to the neighbouring islands of St Armands and Anna Maria Island which are much more lively. We liked Longboat as it was very quiet on the beaches with less road traffic. Harrys Restaurant is within a few minutes walking distance - serves excellent food also has a carryout deli with a great menu to choose from. Would highly recommend to couples or families. We definitely would like to go back again.
