Excellent property for a family. The house has full kitchen, washer and dryer, garage, games for the faculty and WiFi. The property owners were wonderful and very responsive. Beautiful flowers on the counter when we arrived. There is a grocery store, restaurants, shopping within a 5 minute drive. Down the road 1 mile is the Surprise community center with pool and other amenities. We would love to stay here next time in Surprise. Perfect for baseball families with tournaments at the Surprise Rangers/Royals training facility. 2 minute drive to the ball fields.

Our stay was wonderful, as always! Randy is such a great host! He is always available if anything is needed and he stays in contact with you. His home is comfortable, clean, and exactly as presented. This is our 3rd stay and it is always our first choice when heading to Surprise.

The host was wonderfully accommodating! We were able to check in early and stay late. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with necessities and relaxing open living room. I was also very thankful for the handicapped master bathroom and walk in shower for my elderly mother in law. When we come to visit our Arizona family again we will definitely come again!

Home away from home. We cooked, baked, watched TV. Bed was comfy. Grocery stores were convenient, walked to Fry's once. Recommend nearby Boyers Bakery for a treat. Great to park car in garage. Very nice neighborhood.

Randy was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay for a high schooler’s baseball tournament. Better than getting hotel rooms. No complaints about the place or stay at all, pretty much as advertised. We did a bit of cooking, and it accommodated us well enough, but the pots and pans could use an update. It seemed to have all of the necessities for cooking meals otherwise. Beds were comfortable. Good size TV in main room. Couch and chairs were cozy too. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Surprise. The home was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The host was quick to respond and was always very accommodating. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for baseball.

This is a great house to stay at in Surprise, especially in the Marley Park neighborhood. The house was very clean, has all the amenities you would need and the host is so friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

Lovely, comfortable home. Only stayed two nights but home has everything you need. Communication with host was timely and great. Plenty of room for the three of us girlfriends.

Wanted a home near where any son and his family live in Surprise. So close to my son’s house and close to restaurants and movie theater. Property was clean and spacious.

Property was in great location for what we wanted to do. Somewhat disappointed the hot tub was out of order and could not be repaired during our stay. It would have made things more enjoyable. Somewhat surprised we were not offered any kind of discount as that was a big selling point.

The kitchen and overall house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the games in the closet. The house was very close to our venue for Saturday. Unfortunately we were told a few ours before arriving the hot tub was out of order. We were unable to get on the WiFi until we finally located the box to reset. We were frustrated that we couldn't load the dishwasher and start it before leaving our stay but had to wash all the dishes before leaving. As just loading and starting the dishwasher before leaving has always been the custom in the places we have used before. The ice maker didn't work and that was a little inconvenient. Overall the stay went well.

We’ve stayed here before and will also stay again when in the area. This is an A++ property. Owners have thought of everything and are very communicative. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
