The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting, the Telluride Lodge is convenient for both summer and winter activities.

You enter the unit from the second-floor interior hallway. Up a half-flight of stairs is the main living space, which is bright and spacious. Here you'll find the living room with a queen sofa-sleeper, a flat-screen TV and stereo. The living room is open to the dining room, which seatssix, and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials to cook any meal.

The master bedroom is up another half-flight of stairs, with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large vanity area. The second bedroom with a queen bed is another half-flight of stairs up and also has its own flatscreen TV. On that landing is the second bathroom with a fully tiled walk-in shower. Up a small flight of stairs is the loft, which has two twin beds.

On the entry-level of the condo is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private washer and dryer for the unit. A ski storage closet is in the hallway across from the entrance. The condo provides complimentary wireless internet.

Free wireless internet is included in every stay.

The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk.

- There is no A/C at this property.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that there are two shared hot tubs. One outdoor, and one indoor, that is open between the hours of 10 am-10 pm.
- Community hot tub is not available during the off-season.
- This home features a sleeper sofa that can be used for extra children.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Parking Details:
Parking for guests is first-come, first-serve at the onsite outdoor lot. There is no designated parking spot with this vacation rental, but a pass will be provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Great location, great management from Avant Stay to fix the Wi-Fi and television issues upon check-in, very old unit that needs an upgrade, very small kitchen with very little counter space, missing some key kitchen items, goofy useless third bathroom on the lower floor that simply should be a mud room with a bench and carpet for boots with lots of hangers for ski gear.

    Stayed for 4 days with 4 adults. Great location. Walking distance to downtown and gondola. Loved the market 1 minute walk. Unit was clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen is very basic. Not even salt and pepper. Would definitely stay again

    Some friends and I stayed here for the weekend for a local race that I was participating in. Everything was perfectly walkable to get into town, to the creek, restaurants, bars and shops. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable (THE BEDS!!) for 6 full grown adults. The kitchen was also well stocked, great for cooking meals and snacking when we weren't going out. I loved spending downtime in this little condo. The ONLY downside was arriving at about 10pm- Telluride is DARK and it was a little difficult to figure out parking and which building we were in etc. That was on us for arriving so late, and didn't detract from any aspect of our stay but be aware when coming in, daylight would be helpful!

    We had a great time at Telluride, Lodge turns out it is the same place we lived in a couple of winters a long time ago. The unit was well equipped, somewhat dated, but that didn’t take anything away from our experience would be happy to stay there again.

    The location is great- close to commercial area, across from lift 7 that takes you to mid mountain, 2 shuttle stops and adjacent to supermarket. Plenty big with beds for 6 and 4 full baths. However, the property is VERY dated and has not been invested in for a long time. The kitchen and baths were clean, but the old style shag carpet is nasty and we were hit by a bad odor as soon as we entered. We managed with some candles and air spray (again, close to market) got us through the stay. We would stay at telluride lodge again but not in this unit.

    We enjoyed the layout and location of the condo. Telluride is great, and it was fun to be within walking distance to the town and a ski lift. Upon arrival, we found the microwave to be broken. Serviceman came the next day, with a new countertop unit, but this temporary fix left the overhead unit with its stovetop light non-functioning. And the master shower faucet knob broke off our last night--reported to mgmt then. New to report, condo management does need to address several more-minor issues also (esp. with Telluride lodging prices): 1) Missing blind slats in 2 bedrooms; 2) Hand can-opener barely works; 3) Limited kitchen tools--esp. no hot pads or oven mitts; 4) No hand towels in bathrooms; 5) Hot tubs closed for maintenance 1 whole day without notice; 6) WIFI was very limited/often poor. But we still managed to have a good stay overall.--just not a top rating.

    Very close to Lift 7, and only a short walk to the downtown area, although the “Galloping Goose “ shuttle stops right by the property. The property itself is adequate but needs a bit of overhauling( broken blinds, non functioning microwave, broken light bulbs). First rate check in procedure and communication with the rental company.

    2 hot tubs, fireplace, and proximity to lift cannot be beat. Would definitely stay again!
