Stayed Sep 6, 2025Overall, it is a very clean spacious unit. Check in arrangements went very smoothly. The location is very good, right behind the grocery store for example. The unit was well stocked with spices and other kitchen essentials. The odor inside the unit is a little funky, and there is some construction on adjacent properties.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We loved this apartment. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 adult children to spread out a bit. Loved that there was laundry and a kitchen. Amazing grocery store next door. Parking spot for our car was super helpful as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed Feb 11, 2024First the good - This location is perfect. Easy to the lift, and parking was a breeze. Quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quiet during sleep hours. The 'not great' - This unit simply smells bad. You get used to it, but every time I walked into the unit, it bothered me. I have a CPAP machine, and when I got home, the smell of the unit continued to reside in the machine, which almost made me gag. The heater in the living room knocks as well, which contributed to some disruptive sleep for my buddy. Look - the place is inexpensive. For the price, I got what I paid for. It's an old, and outdated unit and it is priced as such. If you are going to live it up outside at Telluride, as you should, and need a bargain in a town that laughs at anyone work less than $5 mil - then this is a great spot.

Stayed Jun 14, 2017Have stayed in several places for Bluegrass Festival. This is clearly the most spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults. Includes parking and very close to grocery store. Easy walk to Gondola or downtown. Only reason not 5 stars is that it has not been updated recently which may matter to some.

Stayed Mar 3, 2017The condo was close to the chair lit which gets you to the main mountain, which was great. Very clean. There were zero supplies, like salt, pepper, coffe filters, any staples -type food supplies. They had salt and pepper shakers but they were empty.
