Description
This warm and spacious 3-level townhouse is ski in, walk out, and a short walk to the base of Whistler Village. If you’re a summer visitor, sling your bag over your shoulder and walk to the championship designer Whistler Golf Course. A large living room with a wood burning fireplace makes for a perfect atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes. For larger groups, we manage multiple units in this complex.

Location
Telemark is located just behind the Westin Resort & Spa on Whistler Way. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to Whistler Village base via a paved walk way bypassing The Westin hotel.

Ski Access
Press the easy button in the morning by walking five minutes to Whistler Village base via a paved path bypassing The Westin hotel. If you are looking for a warm-up then you can walk up a snow covered trail and intersect Lower Olympic run. For this option your mileage may vary as it is not for first time skiers or those allergic to hiking. At the end of the day intermediate skilled skiers can navigate this trail to back to your accommodation. Or you can walk back on the paved trail from Whistler Village base. Or you can drive.

    The home was larger in person than what we had thought from the photos. Lots of room for our family to spread out, but also great spaces where we could hang out together. Super close/convenient walk into Whistler Village.

    No complaints here….location is very close to the village and the residence had plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. Host was responded to messages quickly and was easy to work with. Pretty impressed by the shear amount of towels this place had. Would be happy to stay here again.

    Pros:- ski out IF THERE IS ENOUGH SNOW, which there wasn’t- sauna works fairly well- foosball table is in ok condition (you have to pick the ball up from the floor every time you score)- walkway to mountain (once we found it) is niceCons:- Someone (property manager?) used a leaf blower to keep the walkways clean, but not only did he not stop when we were walking by, he seemed to enjoy blowing it at us. Happened on two separate occasions- Primary queen bed is sloped so that you’d sleep with your head downhill (we opted for bed in loft because of this)- Without enough snow for ski out, the location is just ok- The walls are so thin you can hear everything everyone is doing- Neighbors had a loud party keeping us up past midnight. This is while the noise policy to rent this place is super strict.- Mgmt company’s response to my midnight email came at 8am, offering to “look into it further” (weird offer — can they time travel?)Overall: not worth the price —the photos are better than the real thing; the location perk is snow-dependent; they should really consider fixing the bed slope

    We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It’s a five minute walk to the village. There was plenty of space for a party of 8. The garage was wonderful for storing the ski gear. The only thing that we didn’t know was there are multiple steps and stairs to the unit making it difficult for families with strollers, young children or elderly.

    The place was perfect for our group of 5 with more than enough sleeping places and a cozy living room/dining area to hang out in the evenings. The place was clean and well equipped with all you could need to cook at home if you wanted to. We made breakfast every morning and went out for dinners in the evening. The bathrooms are fine, though the shower downstairs is a bit of a squeeze. The sauna was a nice touch and we made use of that to help with all the aches and pains! And it’s Just a short walk to the village which made it easy access to the gondola and the slopes. The entrance to the condo is up a bunch of stairs so not good for those with mobility issues but no problems otherwise. All in all a great stay!

    We loved this cabin. All of the details were perfect and location was excellent. Very roomy for a Whistler property. We would stay here again!
