Stayed Jan 17, 2026Host was amazing and available every time I called but the overall home needs to be deep cleaned badly! Surface looks clean but base boards, floors, under beds, sliding door rails, lower cupboard doors, and light fixtures have not been clean for a long time!

Stayed Mar 2, 2024The home was clean and inviting when we got there. We were surprised to see there was no coffee pot, just a Keurig machine. Also there was no bottle opener. We would have liked lamps on bedside tables as well. We couldn't use the pool because there was no heater and the water was cold. A garage door opener would have helped a lot getting in and out.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Stayed here with family during a wedding weekend. Kids had a blast in the backyard and adults had plenty of open living space to spend time together. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Stayed Dec 25, 2023Convenient neighborhood for north Scottsdale. We had one issue with the furnace not working which was quickly resolved once we contacted the property manager.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023Loved the property and location. It was in an area we love, very quiet. Great for walking and shopping. House had everything we needed. We’ll be booking it again on our next visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house did not have a Welcome Book with basic guidelines on where things are and how to operate the fountain or pool. The outdoor grill was a mess and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. We could not find a brush and one was ordered via Amazon. Thanks, I put it to good use. The floors were not vacuumed when we arrived but the place was clean. The gas stove was tricky to light. Instructions would have helped. The previous guests did not take our the recycling leaving us a full container. There we could not find a bottle opener. We found what looked like one but the opener part was sealed. Did not have aluminum foil or Tupperware to put leftovers stuff in. Could have used a few more glasses. The we microwave did not work. Most likely a circuit breaker but we could not find the breaker box. This info in the Welcome Book would have been easier that me letting the owner or host in Scottsdale know. The pool pump was fixed and that helped a lot. Regards, Tim

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Clean and well maintained property in a great location near the Quarter and Kierland. Responsive property manager and everything was just right for our family of 4.
