Tee-L-Sea: Private Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator, Sleeps 12

We have been to the OBX many times and this is my favorite house! The only negative is the beds are not comfortable and the TV's are quite small. Otherwise it was a fantastic house for the 10 of house and I look forward to booking the same house next year!

Property is in a community with plenty of amenities, is in a cul de sac, close to shopping and has transportation to the beach. At the beach there is a snack bar with treats, a few lunch type items and both non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. You can rent chairs and umbrellas or hire someone to haul your own things down to your chosen spot. At the house, there’s a game room, a chalkboard wall-for rainy days and the pool in the backyard. Maintenance is done twice a week on the pool so you can feel reassured that the chemical levels are being checked. There’s plenty of space for everyone in your party to gather…or get some quiet time apart. There is one bathtub in the home which isn’t listed in the details of the house. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Specifically the plastic Adirondack chairs are in sad shape. Other furniture such as the outdoor table, chairs and umbrella were nice to have and very comfortable. The elevator was nice to have to get heavy suitcases and kitchen things up to the top floor of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back!

Home was lovely. It was equipped with everything we needed. A very comfortable place. May want to check outlet covers, as our grandkids discovered some that were not secured with screws downstairs. Also, Wi-Fi was a bit weak, as it didn’t reach some rooms.

We had a great time! Nice and quiet location, pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house has a great layout for everyone. All bedrooms had bathrooms and decks. 2 living room spaces which was great for the kids and adults. Kids enjoyed the game room in the lower level. We were unable to use the decks because it needed a power washing due to the insects, dirt and debris. Although property manager stated the power washing was recently done I would suggest it be done more frequently. This was our first time to the Outer banks area and besides the insects there are also lots of frogs that are seen mostly at night. The area was very nice, we enjoyed the amenities and the convenience of the shopping center with walking or biking distance.
