Stayed Mar 13, 2026We enjoyed our stay very much. Very well appointed kitchen and stocked with all the paper products. (A nice plus)Great layout for gathering and relaxing. Wonderful outdoor patio space with morning sun. Peoria ballpark was less than 3 miles away which was great for attending the Padre games!Good communication with Chip.

Stayed Feb 2, 2026Chip and Jody were wonderful hosts during our one month stay in February. The home has been recently remodeled and all rooms are comfortable, had top notch appliances and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! Our favorite place to spend time was on the patio, which had beautiful views of the golf course, comfortable furniture and even a smart TV where we could relax, and watch the Olympics. A truly relaxing getaway away from the cold, snow and winter!

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Our stay was amazing! This home was everything we needed, from comfort to location and more. The home was located in a beautiful , quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and provided us with all amenities for our stay. Chip and Jody our host are great people and were available to contact if needed! I would definitely stay again and I recommend this home for the perfect vacation stay!!!
