The space

Ted & Breakfast is a rare find in the heart of East Austin, offering a bright, invitinglayout with bold interiors, cozy furnishings, and an easy flow designed for relaxing or entertaining. The beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Miele appliances, making it just as enjoyable to cook a full meal as it is to grab a quick snack before heading out.

The living spaces feature plush seating and Smart TVs, perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city.

And yes, the name has a story. Ted & Breakfast is named after Teddy, our very good (and very spoiled) Aussie, who inspired the fun, energetic vibe throughout the home.

Guest access

Guests have private access to Unit B and full use of the outdoor spaces.

Self check-in is seamless with keyless entry. There is one gated parking space available on-site that is first-come first-serve with the other Airbnb unit on the property. Additional street parking is available less than 20 steps outside the home as well.
