'Ted' 2-bedroom cozy house in central location! 10 minutes to Balboa!

The plsce was pretty beat up, in a not great neighborhood. Thought it wasn’t worth the money.

The place was cute and perfect size for what we needed. We could not open the windows to the bathroom or bedrooms, there was a terrible pee smell outside that permeated the inside. After a day of having all the windows closed the smell went away. Overall, not a bad place just unfortunate for the smell.

Enjoyed my stay

Property is small and cute. Good for an overnight stay and it is close to balboa park and chula vista.

Each room had separate climate controls, very nice. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but very close to where we needed to go.

Beds are soft. Heat pumps in bedrooms were great. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Wonderful location - close to everything. Had everything you need. Nice big TV.

Not good surroundings, bathroom too small for 4 people beds need new mattresses needs deep cleaning

Cons: Checking in at 5pm house should have been clean. Picture shown look like pictures from when the house was posted on site. Couches were and carpet were dirty. There was a mildew smell may be from mini split. Ants on bathroom floor. Back yard patio had a lot of spider webs. Sharp floor tile in living room not kid friendly. Area where house is a little rough. Back gate being held by zip ties. Pros close to beach and Sesame Street Place. Communication could of been better with host.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Great for vacation stay.

had to get help from site as I wanted confirmation of keyaccess at least 24 hrs prior. we were traveling cross country in car so internet and phone reception was sketchy. we were attending a funeral and i was already in panic mode. received key access code, house address by late morning on day of stay. bathroom sink was stopping up

This was a good central location and convenient to all of San Diego, both in and out of town.

Everything was as advertised! Easy and clear communication. Would recommend.

Great cozy home that was fantastic for two couples. Close enough to everything and Kevin made our check-in process seamless. Would stay again!

We had a comfortable stay. The place was very clean but a bit small. The neighborhood is older but located centrally to get around San Diego. We would stay here again. Its a perfect place to stay if you have a busy weekend planned.

Our stay was very nice! We arrived during the night so it made it a little difficult to first find the house, as it was dark and we were unfamiliar with the area, but during the day its very visible. The house is very cute and cozy with working appliances, pots and pans, and more. The neighborhood itself was okay. In terms of location, you will need to Uber or rent a car to go to most attractions. Overall, we loved the space itself, appreciated the host's recommendations, and would stay there again if we return to San Diego!

Overall, the house was nice, not too big, not too small.

EASY COMMUNICATION !!very easy to check in ! very clean !! it gave us home vibes ?we also loved how there were waters in the fridge for us as well as ice, seasonings, snacks , breakfast, coffee, etc! all we need to do was bring ourselves! rooms r very comfortable! loved the ac ! loved loved loved the shower and mirror with LED lights ! We r def booking again with Kevin !!! WE APPRECIATE U SOOOO MUCH KEVIN ?❤️we WILL be back !!!!

Place was clean and easy to access! But if you plan to have someone sleep on the couch definitely bring an extra blanket.

Easy clean property

This property has been neglected of basic upkeep for quite some time. Upon arrival I felt regret to have rented it. The yard was terrible with weeds growing out of the driveway cracks. I was unaware I'd be sharing the driveway and backyard access. Entering the house, I realized many windows were missing any type of coverage! This left us feeling extremely uncomfortable at night. The neighborhood is on the shady side, with a woman kicking someone's car door in for a considerable amount of time. One of the beds had stained linen. We didn't uncover the other one. The towels felt scratchy and old. The living room rug was soiled to the point of feeling tacky. There were Jolly Ranchers on the kitchen counter for us that were completely melted and sticky. None of the kitchen windows or door had curtains. We only stayed because the cost of finding something else was insane. I would never stay there again.
