The property has been fairly recently refurbished and the whole property is presented to a really good standard, including a spacious designer kitchen/diner and lots of outside space. 2 bath/shower rooms and comfortably sleeping 6 guests in style. Off the drive, it's fairly level to the rear patio doors. NB: This property is NOT ‘disable adapted' but is suitable to facilitate guests who are not very mobile or active.

To the side is a cabin-type summer house with seating and further up the garden is an open summer house with benches to sit and chill out, enjoy the views and sip a cocktail.

PARKING
Accessing the property from the main Barmouth to Dolgellau road and there is a long sloping driveway with parking for 2-3 average-size cars. Extra parking is available in the layby just at the bottom of the drive.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will consider one dog with a surcharge applying. We require details regarding the age and breed before accepting.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.
