Tastefully furnished, elegant oceanfront home on a quiet residential street

We stayed six days at this beautiful beach house, and our experience could hardly have been better. The only small downsides were that the jets in the tub didn’t work and the elevator was locked and off-limits. I only mention the elevator because that might be a concern for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. As for the jetted tub, we had originally wanted a hot tub when searching for rentals and settled on this home because it at least offered a jetted tub—but the incredible view more than made up for that disappointment.And that view really is something special. The house sits in a perfect setting, with sturdy steps and a well-maintained walkway leading straight to the beach. On stormy or chilly days, just sitting at the dining table or up in the loft offers a front-row seat to the waves from the warmth and comfort of the home. The property is in excellent condition with no signs of coastal wear. Honestly, if I could buy this house, I would.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking during a longer stay like ours. The beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer worked great. Being able to look out over the Pacific while doing dishes or laundry was a novelty I wish I could have every day. Even mundane chores were enjoyable here—and the laundry room sink was perfect for rinsing sand off the kids’ clothes before washing them. The master shower was spacious and luxurious, with plenty of hot water. This house really doesn’t compromise on

Nice quiet ocean view, rental was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with nice dshes, and pots and pans, glasses. Disappointed that the elevator didn't work but maybe the next time.

We had such a great time here at this house. It was so wonderful to wake up and walk onto the beach.

We have stayed at this location once before and adore the home. Great views of the beach and ample space for 4 adults. The stairs to the beach are steep for those with mobility issues but there is a bench halfway down to rest. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house is clean. Would recommend to friends and family!

THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND IN A PERFECT LOCATION. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN COMMENT ON IS THAT ONE OF THE BIG REASONS WE RENTED THIS HOME WAS ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR. WE COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK AND I DID CONTACT SOMEONE THEY JUST SAID IT WAS COMPLICATED TO WORK. WE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT WERE UNABLE TO USE. OTHER THAN THAT WOULD CERTAINLY RENT YOUR HOME AGAIN.

This home offered a perfect combination of being comfortable, offering great views, and affording immediate beach access. It was a great place to bring our dogs. The property was as described. It would be helpful to include instructions on the TV set up and information on local restaurants, etc. Not a bad thing but be aware there were no spices or any other supplies that are often found in rentals. Again, not a bad thing, just be aware.

My husband and i took our dogs to this beautiful home and location to privately celebrate my birthday following the very recent loss of my father. Everything was great except for the part where managment reached our regarding my barking dog being reported. Because of our barking dog, we were already trying to mainly stay indoors except for potty breaks on the property. There were 2 women who clearly let us know our dog was too loud on the few occasions when our dogs were simultaneously taking a potty break. Because of this, we stayed indoors because i didnt want anyone to complain, which they did anyhow. So i am not sure whether or not these are long term residents in the area or not, but consider them if you have a dog who barks. If you have a dog who barks at all, you might want to consider another property.

Such an amazing property! Very comfortable, spacious for my family of 5. The view cannot be beat! We will definitely be returning!
