Stayed Apr 14, 2023Very adequate place for my wife and I to visit family in Bradenton for two months. Pool was very nice. Complex is currently finishing renovations and will look very nice when done. Owner was very responsive all along the way.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022We stayed for a month and loved it! The condo was well maintained and had everything we could want. So many personal touches and the owner (Baris) left so many things for us that we basically had only to buy our groceries for the month. The condo was well supplied and we all the amenities (a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The only downside was that we had a difficult time with the woman who runs the condo association and we ended up having to provide our personal information on more than one occasion to get approval from the condo board. Baris was extremely helpful throughout this ordeal and we managed to get through it. There were no issues once we arrived and we had a great stay. There is a great pool and hot tub there and very close to shopping, restaurants and a bike ride away to the pickleball courts! We look forward to returning!

Stayed Apr 1, 2021This is an older property in a well established and better neighborhood of Bradenton. The property has be updated and is quite comfortable. Bed which are always an important issue are very good and bedding, pillows etc are very good. Two bathrooms is always nice and this unit has them. I would recommend this property to anyone for a short or long term stay. It's central location to the many attractions of the Sarasota and Bradenton areas make it an excellent choice.

Stayed Dec 30, 2016We rented this unit for 3 months in the winter 2017. The owner was very accommodating and the unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay.
