The location, property, and communication set this apart from many others. The property manager was fantastic when I had access issues after misreading the instructions - even with a late night arrival. They were very responsive. The property is nice and well kept. The location is a 10 minute, shaded walk to one end of town or a 5 minute relaxing walk to River Street. Having a parking place was also a big plus. You will not be disappointed with this one

We had a great stay. 3yr in savannah & this was the closest house we stayed in. Literally walked wverywhere. Was a perfect house.

The property management company allowed us to leave our luggage at the beginning and end of our stay so we could come in early and leave late. It was confusing getting access to the home and that needs to be explained better. The home could be updated a bit but overall this was a great house.

Pros:The location was very nice, just on the eastern side of the historic district, walkable just about everywhere within a few blocks. Trolley pick up is just outside your door. The place was clean. Parking is right outside your door in a lot. Bathrooms updated.Cons:Its a good place to stay if location is your main objective. The place is old and a little run downish. Everything in Savannah is older and has charm, this just didn't have a lot of the charm part. You enter thought the back fence which is fine. I believe there are other units in this large house but ours faced a parking lot. The master bedroom has an old wooden sliding door that probably needs replaced. There are 2 bedrooms and neither had a TV. This might be ok for some folks but we had some kids and it would've been nice at night have the option. Also, I did contact the property manager via text and never got a response about a blanket for the sofa bed. We managed, we're not picky.Overall, we had a pretty good time but doubt we would stay at this particular location again.

The location was perfect for exploring the historic district. The apartment was quaint, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It was great having a dedicated parking spot. We specifically wanted a place with an outside area, which it has, but it wasn’t anything notable and ended up never using it.The management company was so helpful. They let us store our luggage at their office while we were waiting for check in time, and went above and beyond answering our questions.

We only got into the car once to drive to the beach. Otherwise we walked everywhere. The only downside was the couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all. The other beds were fine.

Perfect place for a family near lots of places to eat, etc. Especially if you plan to attend the annual St. Patrick's day parade. Love the park across the street and appreciated the representative helping me access the property. She was very patient!

Property had a musty odor. Overall condition was good. Location was excellent.

We came to Savannah to drop of our college student. I love the location. It was close to Funky Brunch, Java Burrito, and Leopold’s ice cream. A short walk to River Street. It is in a quiet section of Congress Street. Check in was seamless. Directions were on point. We will be back. Thank you!

There were weed plants with burrs in the parking lot and grass. They would get stuck on our shoes and were all over the house floor. They were even in places we hadn't walked with our shoes on; not cleaned from the last guests. It wouldn't take much to kill the weed and would make a big difference.
