Booked stay the week before arrival. Supposed to arrive on the following Tuesday. Due to severe weather in my hometown and in the town of arrival, i messaged and asked about arriving one day late and staying one day late. The host agreed and i said i would pay for the day we didnt stay and the extra day. We arrived at the house about 2 pm and the driveway was a steep incline that was a solid sheet of ice. I messaged the owner and he said that we could street park. The road was narrow and there was nowhere to park. Even if we could of parked on the street, the house was on a hill and i had my grand baby, who is going through chemo which was the reason for our stay, and we had luggage and groceries. We had no other choice but to find somewhere else to stay. The owner called later in the day to say that the driveway was now clear. It should have been done prior to our arrival since we were supposed to originally arrive the day before. I understand the weather was bad, but there was no other contact to let me know that the driveway was in bad conditions. And the owner offered no other solution than to street park and climb an icy incline with a sick baby and all our stuff.

The house was amazing! The massage chair was even better! After a full day of tournaments it was a great way to wind down for the night!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy, comfortable sleeping spaces. The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do.We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway!

We had a great weekend stay at Tapin7 Oasis! Our favorite part was definitely the massage chair!! The beds and couches were comfortable, and we appreciated having off-street parking for both of our cars behind the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Corey was very responsive and great with communication. We'll be back for sure!

We loved this property!! The whole process from beginning to end was easy! The property is very, very CLEAN! Appears to be relatively new. The amenities are EXCELLENT! I was in that massage chair every day and my son too. I even convinced my Husband to try it before we left. Loved having 3 bathrooms for 4 adults. The projector screen TV was a big hit too. My only concern was that the beds are a little small. The ad said queen size but they felt like full size. A little short for my long legged young men but they slept ok. My husband also wanted extra pillows. The electronic black pepper shaker didn’t work but the salt shaker did. The regular pepper shaker worked just fine. I was concerned about needing to speak to someone if something was needed but everything was ok. We would definitely go back. Much better than a hotel for a family. My Durham relatives came to visit us because they didn’t know these properties are available in their city. They loved it!

The house was comfortable and clean, and convenient to downtown Durham. The host was pleasant, helpful, and responsive. Our family had a lovely time. The only suggestion is to have extra wash cloths available; there were extra towels and sheets but no wash cloths. This is a minor point. 5 stars overall.

The house is lovely!! It’s definitely a home away from home. I love the zen room! The location is perfect; it’s not too far from restaurants, shopping, Raleigh, or venues. I will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a great and clean place to stay in Durham, N.C, look no further. When we walked into the house the first thing we smell was The cleanliness of lemon scented Pine-Sol. The house had been cleaned and disinfected from top to bottom 100%. This house has all the bells and whistles and the state of the art of new technology. There is a Movie / TV projector in the living room, which makes you feel as if you’re at the movie theater with surround sound. There is a bathroom on the main floor so that you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. Every room ( bedrooms and kitchen )has Alexa in it for you to listen to music or ask what’s the weather today ? Alexa. There is a TV in every bedroom ( The main reasons why I picked this house ). Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom with large closets space. The master bedroom also has a massage chair. This house is 4.8 miles from Duke Regional Hospital and easy to get to and from this house. There or plenty of places to eat nearby. The host / owner was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this house for a great stay and I give this house a rating of 6 stars .

The house was cute and had a lot of high tech stuff. BUT, it really was not the cleanest property we have stayed at. The walls has black smudges on it and the floors left our socks and feet black. One of the grossest things I have ever seen at a VRBO property was when I opened the refrigerator and somebody’s leftovers partially eaten was in there. The dishes were still in the dishwasher. And we believe that one of the most basic amenities like toilet paper should be provided, NOPE! We just would have rather had a clean house instead of all tech.

Corey was incredibly accommodating, making sure my vision-impaired brother-in-law and I felt welcome and comfortable. The house was in excellent condition and featured a variety of amenities. While we enjoyed the cool features like the projector and massage chair, a user guide would have been helpful for navigating all the technology. Aside from that, we'd definitely stay again.

The theme of the house is an oasis. It was very relaxing and very close to downtown. The house also had many extras. The host did a great job for setting up extras in case you forgot anything.
