Lakefront 3-bedroom home in Tampa`s Forest Hills neighborhood, with a private dock on the lake and 10-minute access to Downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens. Sleeps 8: king, two queens, and a sofa bed. New putting green and pool table on-site — plus fishing, and sunset views right off the dock.

Living room: Sectional sofa (sleeps 1 more), 65-inch HDTV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and dedicated workspace. Open layout overlooking the lake.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cookingreal meals — full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and coffee maker.

Dining: Wood table seating with lake views.

Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 – King bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
Plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 8 total.

Bathrooms: 2.5 baths, towels and essentials stocked.

Outdoor: Private dock on the lake with seating, screened-in porch, backyard putting green, and gas/electric fireplace patio seating.

Game room: Pool table and putting green — free for guests.

Entire home, private dock, backyard, and putting green. Self check-in via keypad. Driveway parking for 4 cars.

Maximum Occupancy
– 8 guests total (adults + children). Day visitors must be pre-approved.
– No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding occupancy limit.

Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in or late check-out available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

No Smoking / No Vaping
– Strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises. $500 fine + actual cleaning/damage costs will apply.

Pet Policy
- $150.00 for the 1st Pet, $100.00 for the 2nd Pet

Quiet Hours
– 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM daily. Please respect neighbors (noise-aware community).

Security Cameras
– Exterior cameras (front driveway, front doorbell, backyard) are active for security and compliance. No indoor cameras in living spaces.

Parking
– 4 vehicles maximum. No street parking overnight.

Pool & Outdoor Areas (if applicable)
– Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM. No glass containers. Children must be supervised at all times.

Housekeeping & Linens
– High-end linens, towels, and hotel-collection bath products provided.
– Please start dishwasher and place used towels in the laundry room before departure.

Trash & Recycling
– Bins are located in the garage/alley. Please take trash out on designated days (calendar provided at check-in).

Damage & Missing Items
– Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Minor accidents happen—just let us know immediately.

Lost & Found
– We are not responsible for lost items, but happy to ship anything left behind (shipping + $25 handling fee).

Emergency & Maintenance
– 24/7 emergency contact provided at check-in. For non-emergencies, message us via the platform.
