Tampa House w/ Patio, Near Downtown & Beaches!

Long weekend in S. Tampa, and our stay was terrific! The house is in pristine condition. Spacious rooms that were well appointed with twin primary bedrooms with full en-suites. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful property with a central location and good value. Beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of room to spread out. If you have a large SUV or pickup it will be difficult to park under the house (the other unit had a much more straight shot from the driveway than this one did). There is space in front of the house, it just wouldn’t be shaded. Overall not a big deal.

This property is conveniently located to Tampa's main attractions and plenty of restaurants. It is a great value for the money, and we would love to stay again. The owner needs to fix the shower pan in one of the bathrooms as it was not properly installed and allows for water to leak out and start seeping into the drywall. This needs to be fixed sooner rather than later in order to salvage the subfloor.

Duplex had nice spacious two bedrooms and bathrooms, nice walk-in showers. Kitchen had basics, nice dining and living room area. We had three people so plenty of room. Located on a dead end, was quiet. View was the mangroves, cannot see water. The towels and sheets could use updating but functional. The management was great to work with, check in and communication was seamless! It was clean and airy.

The host left nice clear instructions, and the home was very welcoming. There was just not a lot to do in walking distance.

Excellent accommodation. Everything was clean and the host was easy to communicate with when I requested an early check-in. Located in a quiet neighborhood and no issues with noises or anything. The two bed rooms and adjoining bathrooms/showers are massive. I appreciated that each room had it's own TV. Bathrooms included clean towels and shampoo/conditioner if needed as well. I also cooked during my stay and all the appliances worked perfectly. Very good value for really nice home.

The property when we arrived was not clean, towels and sheets were at the end of the hall in a pile. We went and purchased laundry detergent to get started so we had linens for the bed. The cleaning company did come but left at 11p. They were very kind and thorough and apologetic. Not what I was expecting after traveling for hours. Wanted to get settled and relax upon arrival. The house is very nice. Spacious but could use some area rugs to absorb some of the echoing. It is a nice property despite the unsettling arrival.

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Overall we had a great time. House was a nice experience for first time users. Had challenges with getting the wifi swt up on the tv but eventually figured it out.

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Very clean. Decent location to activities in Tampa. Zero problems with check in. Overall a great little place to stay.

It's was close to just about everything I needed. And we enjoyed it.

Very clean. Dimmer switches are upside down, took me awhile to get kitchen lights to work. Bidets were a surprise to my 9 year old grandson, who was staying in the other unit. But on the whole it was a very nice stay.

The property is located in a very quit residential area. The parking area under the house was very well lit. The whole process for checking in and checking out was very easy.

This home is beautiful and extremely clean. It's a little far from some of the things we wanted to do but I appreciate the quiet neighborhood. The pond on the right side made it that much better. I found myself at the window or in the deck many times to watch the birds and turtles. We love how the rooms and bathrooms mirrors each other. It gave our teen her own area and a place of her own. This vacation was just we we needed and this home made it even better. Thanks so much.

Check in super easy! Home as pictured and described. Close to location where our daughter was moving.

Great communication with host, property was well stocked with all essentials. Close to highways, easy to find, front parking is a bit tricky. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, inviting and close to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely be back.
