Stayed Jan 8, 2026The check in and check out information was well communicated out for guests. The house was very clean and communication with hosts was great! The house was stocked with everything you could have needed like kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, etc. I enjoyed the hot tub and the local recommendations from the host on our stay. Overall, I have no complaints except we should have booked a longer stay, this was definitely worth the stay!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property overall was very clean and mostly accurate to the listing. There were some conflicting instructions on a few things between what was listed in the listing, what was included in the binder on the property, and what was sent in communications to us. I would have liked to see more detailed instructions for things like how to use the fireplace. The biggest issue we had was with the internet. My husband and I always try to find a place to stay that has internet access, as we have many connected devices that we like to utilize. Additionally, when no cable is provided and it's expected we utilize our own streaming services, internet is pretty important for that, otherwise the TV is useless. We had storms roll through the area about halfway through our stay, which ended up completely frying the internet. I completely understand that this was a freak accident and under no ones control. However, what is within control is how the incident is responded to. I reached out to the host as soon as it happened, which was around 5 pm, so I didn't expect a resolution that night. I did, however, expect either a resolution during our stay (which I know may not have been possible) or at least ANY sort of communication about the issue. There was no 'thank you' for communicating to problem (which also included a potential electrical issue within the house) or apology that the problem occurred or that it wasn't taken care of.
