Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. GBP25 per hour for late check-out / early check-in, subject to availability.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Our properties include a ring camera doorbell at the entrance of the property which is active 24/7. This is pointing external to the apartment and is there for the security of our guests. Any deliberate attempt to block the camera for any reason will incur a penalty.

Please return the keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of £150 per key.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of £1000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Guests can use this as a designated smoking area but please dispose of ciggarette ends appropriately. Littering in the yard will result in extra costs.
