Tallahassee Luxury 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, King Bed, and Home Movie Theatre

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tallahassee. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.Communication with Gregg the host was excellent from booking through checkout, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. Gregg went above and beyond when I asked for a special accommodations. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tallahassee. It truly felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The home was beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and stocked with every amenity you could think of — it truly felt like a home away from home. Greg was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel welcome. The house was clean upon arrival, had plenty of pillows, and the beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen. I was a family of 7 and we had plenty of room in the house. The theatre room was the prime spot of hang out:) and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the board games that were provided. The host was prompt with his communication. I have no negative comments. Also each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser (that was super convenient). Also the house location allowed us to have ease in ordering food thru delivery services:) I definitely would stay again!

This is the second time that we stay at this property.. Spacious, clean, well located .. We are a family of eight .. plenty space for everyone.. Kitchen very well equipped… Bathrooms with plenty of supplies and good quality towels.. Two hair dryers .. Highly recommend this property

The house was well laid out. I liked that 2 rooms were on one side of the house and the other rooms were on the opposite side of the house. It lets the tired people get some sleep and the late night people stay up! We had everything we needed, although we could not find a blow dryer which made my sister look like Diana Ross...totally worth it! Big couches, 3 large tables for eating, work and family games. The location was quiet but still close to all the store we needed. Great place!

Great stay with family for FSU game.

We have booked this house 3 times this year when we travel for work. We have named this house our “work home.” The hosts are absolutely wonderful and the house is perfect! Extremely clean, very well stocked with everything we need, fabulous and safe area. The theater room is incredible!! It’s truly a home away from home! We cannot wait for another work trip so we can stay here again!

The perfect house for the perfect Florida State football weekend! The house was set up well for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hosts had great communication and the check in/check out was easy. We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again!

Our stay was great - Gregg was extremely responsive from the first day we booked the property. He answered lots of questions for me which I really appreciated. We were in town for my sister's wedding and needed a home that could accommodate family and centrally located to stores.

Amazing stay, will absolutely book again

Our family of 5 needed to be in the area for medical reasons and wanted a spacious, safe, suburban area to stay for 10 days. So glad we picked this place - it was great for our needs and family. It was close to many shops/restaurants (few minutes away) and near most places we visited. Location was safe and quiet. House was clean and comfortable, and it had many fine features like a mirror defogger, quality appliances, a movie theater, keyless entry, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Plenty of towels! Even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Loved that there were a few items left in the pantry from other guests. And that there was plenty of seating for meal time and game time. If we are ever in the area again, we will happily be staying here! Note : Not a problem, but there were not any lidded dishes/containers, so just an FYI to have your own or buy some ziplock bags.

We were in town for our daughter’s grad school graduation so we had our entire family. Gregg was super responsive when booking and throughout the entire process. The house was impeccable, clean, large and the outdoor patio space was great. The kitchen, family room area was perfect for our large family. I can’t say enough great things about it. Would book again if traveling to Tallahassee!

We traveled to Tallahassee for the funeral of a dear family member and needed a place where our extended family could stay together in comfort. This house was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and it provided a comfortable space for us to gather, share meals, and support one another.The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed to make our stay easy during a difficult time. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional, which we really appreciated. We’re grateful to have had such a good place to stay and would gladly recommend this home to others.

Our family was in town to visit our daughter, a freshman at FSU. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's located on a quiet street and very convenient to several supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

We were going in town to watch baseball at Florida State and this was a great location for my family to stay. We were a party of 6 adults and this home has a great family room and yet we all had our own space in the evening.

By far the best place we’ve stayed. The home was perfect for my and my sister’s families. All aspect of the furnishings and kitchen were well above average and the location was ideal for getting around Tallahassee. We will (hopefully) stay again!
