Tall pine house

The house was much bigger than expected,which my grandsons loved. Very clean,had everything we needed. So comfy. It rained the whole time,but the basement was complete with pool table,ping pong table, basketball game....we had a blast. The only thing I wasn't expecting was how very close to the road the house was, but that won't stop me from renting again and again ?

We had a wonderful time and its conveniently located very close to Lake George Village abd shops. We will definitely stay again. Our kids loved it so much. The game room in the basement was so much fun and then the fireplace at night was so gorgeous.Thank you for letting us stay.Yildirim D.

To be honest I am not one to write reviews. But in this case if I can help the next visitor great. The house it self is not bad. Nothing great but OK. The two problems you WILL encounter are the front steps in to the house and parking! The first step out of the house is a beauty. It must be at least 14 or more. May be for young people its ok but any one else its a killer. I hope the home owner has good insurance? Someone will fall and get hurt. As for parking, if its just one car your all set. More then that, you have a problem. As for contacting the host Rudy. FORGET IT. You better get the number to call. We had to speak with his woman that answers his business phone. I will admit she was very nice. He has a property management company handling the property. Why he does list there number or have them handle the reservations, God only knows. To get the lock box code and any info you have to jump though hoops! Rudy is to busy with his fence company. I really hope this helps the next person thinking of renting.

BIg spacious place awesome game room, the fire pit outside was awesome as well. The place cool and clean when we arrived. exceeded our expectations

This place is gorgeous inside. Fantastic game room and huge bedrooms. Beautiful large cabin. Had everything we needed right there. Even a small view of the lake from back yard. One negative: The house is DIRECTLY on the road, the entrance is 3 feet off very busy road. Word of advice: make contact with host before arrival day for key code.

The front stairs were not normal size in the front door did not close without locking it

very clean. Tons of room for all 6 of us. Would definately stay here again. Location close to lake George Village and boat launch. Parking was our only challange. We had 3 Vehicles but only 2 parking spots

Parking was cramped. Great access to all village activities. Great venue area for large family groups.

Great stay at such a centrally located spot. Rooms big and clean and basement rec room was a blast!

Went with my friends and it had 3 queens and 2 twins so that was a surprise. It also had a sick basement. One downfall was just the upstairs loft/living room did have a weird stale odor and a couple of bugs (but thats lake george).

Worst first time VRBO experience- No communication from property manager - we never received any check-in information prior to our arrival. We emailed and called the host on the phone number provided and was sent to voicemail. Once we arrived at the house and needed a code to get in the home. We called the host several times with no answer for hours- we were stranded in Lake George, NY with our family in tow. VRBO was not accommodating whatsoever and kept transferring us to multiple reps that could not understand our language- English. We were forced to stay in a sleezy motel down the street for the night out of pocket. The next day we were contacted by someone helping the property manager with the code to get in. The home had empty beer cans on the front steps, a broken window in the kitchen and smelled of dead animal on the upstairs loft- limited to no parking located on a dangerous, busy road. The second day we were there I received an apology text that they were embarrassed for the lack of communication. Would not recommend - our whole stay suffered financially and dimmed our vacation massively- VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

My family and i stayed at this property for a week. The pictures do not do it justice. There is an amazing basement for young kids and adults that really made the trip so much better. Just a short 7 minutes to the great escape and 2 minutes from the center of lake george. This home was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful family get away. Parking is a little tight and very close to the road. Back yard had a grill and a firepit. Wonderful stay.
