Wake up to the sound of the Atlantic and coffee on the over-the-water deck. That's the morning here.

This Plymouth home sits on the water with three king bedrooms, a fourth room with two twins, and the kind of light that makes you want to cancel your afternoon plans. Vaulted ceilings, big windows, skylights overhead. Walk out the back and you're standing on a deck that hangs right over the water, which is where most guests end up with their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Surfside beach is a short walk or drive down on Shore Drive (head left out of the house). Easy enough for a barefoot morning swim or a sunset stroll without thinking about it. Other popular beaches are also close by: White Horse (10 mins), Ellisville Harbor State Park (10 mins)

- New high-top balcony chairs and table to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning
- Coffee bar with Nespresso Vertuo (sample pods included), Keurig, and regular drip

The basics: Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi. Partial AC currently (window unit in the primary bedroom) until the mini-splits go in.

Sleeping: Three king bedrooms, one bedroom with two twins. Sleeps eight comfortably.

Plymouth is full of historic sites, museums, and waterfront restaurants worth a long lunch. Whale watching, kayaking, and fishing run out of the harbor. Six public golf courses nearby, with Pinehills Golf Club five miles up the road. Or skip all of it and stay on the deck. We won't judge.

Things to know:
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM
- Quiet neighborhood with a strict noise policy, quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
- No smoking, no pets, no candles
- Parking for four vehicles: two on top of driveway, and two on the steep driveway
- Must be 21+ to book
- Your safety and privacy are important to us. We have outdoor security cameras covering entrances to the property. Footage is not actively monitored; it’s only reviewed if an incident occurs.
- NO cameras are installed indoors in full compliance with laws and platform rules. Guests who install surveillance device(s) on our property will be reported to local law enforcement.
- Tampering with any security devices is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation.
