It was a very good week in the house. It has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furniture in the living room could use some up dating. But I will be back again.

Spacious house with a walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and each bedroom has an attached bathroom with one additional bath on the main floor- very convenient! We struggled with two issues: There is a constant construction noice from the building next door- started at 8am and ended at 6pm. Not the best way to enjoy and relax on our vacation. Lots of ants around the pool and in the house.

We had a lovely time in Bucerias! The home was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 6 to 20. Having a bathroom connected to each room was great. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. One of my favorite moments was when my daughter was in the bathroom and looked up out the window into a tree full of iguanas! The pool is a little on the cooler side, but as the days warmed up and it caught a bit of sun, it was a nice place to cool off. Highly recommend this home for the price!!

The house was bright and airy and had and everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The large grocery store was only a 10-15 walk. The beds were very comfortable and had AC in each room as well as ceiling fans. The host responded quickly to our questions. The only drawback was the construction noise; which was tolerable. There are numerous construction projects in Bucerias and it would be difficult to avoid the noise in most places. I would recommend this home. .

Old style Mexican home well kept and clean.Pictures are accurate…location is perfect.Although there is construction nearby (always in this townno matter your location) it was never intrusive.

We were very happy with the condo over all but a manual of how things work, when the garbage goes out, how the stove works etc. would have been very helpful. One thing that really concerned us was The pool people just showed up and came in without any notice. My daughter was sick in bed 1 day and saw a man walk down the hall by her bedroom . We said we didn't want Maid Service and yet both weeks a maid just showed up and came in and were not happy when we sent them away. The schedule for the pool people could be in the manual with what day and an approximate time they were coming. Bucerias is a lovely safe place and we hope to come back in the near future . This is a three bedroom, three bath house. It is on two levels. We found the house convenient to restaurants and the beach. The property was on the house before arrived making sure it was cleaned before we moved it. He was very helpful. The maid came twice during our seven night stay. This was my third time there and will return in a few months. You will not be disappointed.

This is my third stay at the house. It is always clean. The property manager is very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this housing option. I and my family will be back again.

This was our second time staying in the home, and it did not disappoint. Great location, and perfect size for 3 adults and two kids.

We loved our stay in this spacious property. My only caveat is that there is a lot of construction in the area.
